The app is great and the service is outstanding. Positive changes are made on a regular basis based on suggestions from home inspectors. Hive also won’t sell your client’s data to 3rd party vendors unlike other platforms. Hive makes inspection reporting easy and quick.
Great Software
After using Spectora for over five years, I was hesitant to switch software. Looking back, I wish I had made the move sooner. Hive has made my workflow faster, my reports easier to manage, and the overall experience has been excellent.

Great Home Inspection Software
I’ve been using this software for several months now and it is far superior to other software I’ve used. Use it on my iPhone, iPad and a windows based laptop and rarely have any issues. The software was built by an inspector, for inspectors. When there is an issue it is resolved very quickly because you actually talk to a human rather than an AI bubble. Any issues I’ve had were typically resolved before I end the session. When needed, the Hive team will actually get on a video call with you to help resolve issues. Best inspection software out there.

Cheap Money Grab
Hive Inspect is a cheap money grab from a home inspector who has offshored development to a team in India. It’s a poor clone of Spectora. This has resulted in an app that is poorly optimized, unable to load properly on a variety of screens and is guaranteed to be full of bugs. Avoid just as you would avoid other cheap applications developed on a bad proprietary code.

Responsiveness to inspectors it TOP NOTCH
This app is intuitive and Apoorv actually listens to the inspectors’ input. We, the inspectors, are looked upon as “co-developers”, which is what makes it so powerful of an app! Can’t wait to see what the AI aspect brings!
