I have been using them for more than 5 years, their services is get worst and worst, deliver time is getting longer and longer , they need around 8-10days after you paid for the charge, not one time, but most of the time
Also when I check with their service centre, they only answer: checking, will deliver soon”, which means no answer at all.

Incorrect Shipping status time stamp
The timestamp value is weird, it is not logical that 發貨is later than 上港車， pls fix.
