Fake products
I have been using their products for more than 6 months and usually place orders for 2 months at a time. I ordered the Marine Collagen Lemon Flavour, and earlier every box had the proper lemon taste and a light yellow color, exactly as mentioned on the packaging. However, this time the product feels completely different — it’s like drinking plain water with no flavour at all. For the first time, I’ve received a box that does not match the usual taste, colour, or quality I have consistently experienced before.

This is Vicky, ordered collagen product and similarly ion capsules and vitamin capsules from HKVitals. I received all except collagen product. When I reached out to customer service, they were so irresponsible and provided me a response that they cannot do anything at this moment. As a customer, I haven’t received the product means they should either do something about it. Yet I haven’t received the product, as a customer I should have been answered by them.
