Got damaged protein powder and refund denied despite providing clear evidence of tampering
Ordered 2kg of whole truth whey protein from their website and received a packet with top seal already torn off / broken. Despite providing clear photo evidences multiple , the refund was denied and they claimed that product was dispatched in intact condition. Additionally, the contents had aata like smell.
Further, I requested them to provide photo evidences to prove that they dispatched the product intact, which they failed to do and have stopped responding to emails and closed the ticket.
Poor customer service, lack of accountability and selling tampered health products. Never purchase from Hyugalife

Wrong Product received
Have been ordering from this brand from more than a year but they lost a genuine cus tomer!
So
I originally ordered “ Nitrotech 1.8 kg protein and 1 Kg “ the whole truth” But
I received order “nak pro” protein of 1 kg and the invoice I received inside the box is named after - Sahil gour as you can clearly see in the attached image whereas
On top of the box there is my order details whereas inside order is different with the same product invoice !
When I contacted them with all images and wrong order invoice and box images, they said “ there is nothing they can do”
Also there is no way - 3 kgs products ( 1 pack of Nitrotech and another can come in such small box!
It’s clearly a huge loss for me as original order was around 8k and I received 1100 INR order and I have been buying from you for so many years!
I think you should really check both images and anyone can understand there are 2 orders - MISPLACED!
Anybody ordering please be careful

Absolutely Terrible Service – Never Using HyugaLife Again
I’ve never been this frustrated with an app before. I placed an order on 11 March, and by 12 March, it seemed like things were moving but then it completely froze. The estimated delivery was 17 March, and now it’s 22 March and still nothing. Customer care gave me empty reassurances and even offered to cancel, which I refused at first out of patience: big mistake.
This app is completely unreliable. The interface might look okay, but the service is a disaster. Orders don’t get delivered, tracking is useless, and support doesn’t actually solve anything they just give vague promises. I ended up cancelling my order after waiting over 10 days with no results.
I will never return to HyugaLife, and I won’t recommend it to anyone. This isnt just a minor inconvenience it’s a total failure of service. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

I havw compared the product price with original website prices , they are comparitively 5-10% lower , multibrand options to compare with , quick delivery experience , genuine products , satisfaction
