Got damaged protein powder and refund denied despite providing clear evidence of tampering
Ordered 2kg of whole truth whey protein from their website and received a packet with top seal already torn off / broken. Despite providing clear photo evidences multiple , the refund was denied and they claimed that product was dispatched in intact condition. Additionally, the contents had aata like smell.
Further, I requested them to provide photo evidences to prove that they dispatched the product intact, which they failed to do and have stopped responding to emails and closed the ticket.
Poor customer service, lack of accountability and selling tampered health products. Never purchase from Hyugalife

Wrong Product received
Have been ordering from this brand from more than a year but they lost a genuine cus tomer!
So
I originally ordered “ Nitrotech 1.8 kg protein and 1 Kg “ the whole truth” But
I received order “nak pro” protein of 1 kg and the invoice I received inside the box is named after - Sahil gour as you can clearly see in the attached image whereas
On top of the box there is my order details whereas inside order is different with the same product invoice !
When I contacted them with all images and wrong order invoice and box images, they said “ there is nothing they can do”
Also there is no way - 3 kgs products ( 1 pack of Nitrotech and another can come in such small box!
It’s clearly a huge loss for me as original order was around 8k and I received 1100 INR order and I have been buying from you for so many years!
I think you should really check both images and anyone can understand there are 2 orders - MISPLACED!

Absolutely Terrible Service – Never Using HyugaLife Again
I’ve never been this frustrated with an app before. I placed an order on 11 March, and by 12 March, it seemed like things were moving but then it completely froze. The estimated delivery was 17 March, and now it’s 22 March and still nothing. Customer care gave me empty reassurances and even offered to cancel, which I refused at first out of patience: big mistake.
This app is completely unreliable. The interface might look okay, but the service is a disaster. Orders don’t get delivered, tracking is useless, and support doesn’t actually solve anything they just give vague promises. I ended up cancelling my order after waiting over 10 days with no results.
I will never return to HyugaLife, and I won’t recommend it to anyone. This isnt just a minor inconvenience it’s a total failure of service. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

Amazing price and delivery service
I havw compared the product price with original website prices , they are comparitively 5-10% lower , multibrand options to compare with , quick delivery experience , genuine products , satisfaction

I have purchased Avvatar Alpha whey protein (Malai Kulfi) from HyugaLife, and guess what I received the fake product. Instead of protein powder, it has plain flour (wheat flour).
Also, there is no mandatory batch number, expiry date, or use-by date on the container.
I contacted them over calls/emails but they are constantly refusing to refund or replace the product. I even emailed their CEO Avani Shah, but no response from her, disappointed, no accountability here. Because they also know they are selling fake products. I see 4.3 star rating here but pretty sure 2 out of 10 people are getting scammed!

Excellent app for protein supplements!
HYUGALIFE delivers really fast and the product quality is top-notch. I love that the prices are affordable and pocket-friendly compared to other brands. You also get good discounts, which makes it even better. Very happy with my experience so far.
Delivery is late
I had ordered whey, peanut butter & oats, they took 10 days to deliver it is a bit of disappointment but price was over all less compared to other e commerce, and delivery was intact as well. My suggestion would be please find a better courier partner &improve the delivery.
Worst Product Delivery Service
They are taking 5-7 days to deliver the product and if product is not delivered on the mentioned time then they are taking more than 4-5 days for re-attempting that delivery product. The worst customer service given by this site as they don’t have the proper answer, why the product was failed to deliver on time & they will not give you the exact timeline to deliver your product in again.

Regarding payment option
Below 500 there should be cash on delivery option which can be later paid through upi at doorstep. Apart from that everything was smooth hope item delivers quickly. Whould love to purchase in future also. As you offer good coupon codes.
Counterfeit Products and no response from Customer care
I ordered 'The Whole Truth' protein powder from Hyugalife, but the package arrived open with spillage. It was covered in a transparent wrap, which I didn't open. I took photos and videos of the product and requested a replacement. They promised a pickup within 3 days and a replacement within 7 days, but nothing happened despite my follow-ups. I recommend ordering only from Mumbai, as they sell counterfeit products in other cities. I've used 'The Whole Truth' from other suppliers without any issues.

Dysfunctional App
The app is very jittery. Cant apply offers at times and says 1% cart items not available, then there are problems at checkout when i click pay and nothing happens besides a little scroll, restarted the app multiple times due to screen freezes when you go to cart after ATC. Had it not been for the first order discount, i would have given up. Fix your issues guys…your conversion funnel must be taking a nosedive right now.

I have orders in processing for more than 2 weeks now and when I call there customer support they just say they will raise a concern but I see no such escalation what so ever.
The worst part is they don’t have a cancellation button for orders, like If a user needs to cancel for some reason he is forced to contact to support and their support does nothing.

Worst Delivery service
I regret ordering from you guys, its taking you guys forever to deliver my items it’s irritating that you are sending items through 3rd party named DELHIVERY and they have pathetic service. They need all life time to make any deliveries and also your customer service reps are idiots, they offer pathetic service……they don’t even know what to do aspect raising fake concern or fake escalation …… which results nothing …… All this bcuz of your delivery tie up with DELHIVERY which results in no control and zero update for you guys over deliveries. Now, i only hope that i get my orders before i die and the orders be genuine and authentic …. Or else trust me next review of mine is gonna be better than this to read…… Thank you but no thank you!!!
