Inferior Product Qualiity
My 1st and 2nd order of Kapiva Dia free were good (in-fact it had no impact on My blood sugar whatsoever) the next order was like diluted. Literally 2 bottles maxed out of 1 by adding equal amount of water. Note - All my orders were from the app. No customer care mechanism. No one to hear from you. Just some pack of tele callers who don’t have knowledge of Ayurveda to followup for next purchase.
My recommendation don’t buy. Just money making and fooling mechanism.

Delivery of orders
Very inefficient. Are you really serious about delivering orders received? Every day I get the same message. Morning I get a message “Item out for delivery”. Evening I get a message Delivery attempted but failed. There is always someone at home. It all seems like a joke.
Worst experience as a new customer totally frustrating
Absolutely horrible experience with Kapiva. It’s been more than 10 days and my order is still not delivered. No call, no delivery attempt, no update — nothing. This is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers.
Your delivery system is clearly broken. Just check your reviews — most of them are negative about dispatch and delivery. If you don’t fix this and choose better delivery partners, you are going to lose customers because of your pathetic logistics.
I can’t even comment on the product quality because you failed to deliver it. What’s the point of selling products if you can’t even get them to customers?

Very Poor delivery service and customer care
I submitted my order around 10 days ago, but I have yet to receive the product. I have lodged a complaint, and it has been 4 days since then, but I have not received a timely response from Kapiva. It seems like there is a lack of attention towards customer service and delivery. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I expected a prompt resolution, especially given the assurances made during the ordering process. If this issue is not addressed soon, I may have to consider alternative options for my future purchases. I hope that my concerns will be taken seriously and that I will receive an update shortly.

Kapiva really works
Narayana Health came for a free medical check up to our VMAKS RIO community and surprisingly after using Kapiva Dia for 2 months; the report showed no indication of Diabetes. I previously spent a lot of money, effort and energy in TWINS Health to see result after struggle and also diabetes bounced after I couldn’t continue with impractical Keto siet and the coach’s taut! Thank God I found Kapiva and I will continue to use for good health and now bought another product to reduce bad cholesterol and Hope in trust and love for all the unwanted to vanish!
