My God, this app is dreadful

And so 7 years after a previous complaint about the app defaulting to Japanese, with no way of changing it…..its still happening. Great work guys, nothing if not consistent.

I love HMV whenever I’m out at town I’ll have a look but the the app is not good it’s in a completely different language and I can’t find a button to translate

i just downloaded the HMV app to see how much my dvds and cds i got from charity shops so i can sell in store only to see that the app is in JAPANESE with NO setting to change the LANGUAGE like what are you even thinking and to make matters worse the website is ALOT MORE funtionable hence the ONE star review
