Purchased Plan then App Crashed

I purchased the basic plan. When I proceeded to if I’d like notifications the app crashed. I’ve tried to get a refund through tech support, I received notification that nothing was purchased yet I have a receipt my Apple Pay was charged. I called the number on Health Meets Wellness site and the customer rep told me they are unable to issue a refund.

Great app for weight loss journey!

Helpful app for tracking meals and exercise and communicating with medical team. Also has great information on everything nutrition and exercise. AI health coach provides so much helpful information. Ask him anything!
