Sorry for saying this, but you gotta make it faster and easier to navigate through it!! Once I added 25 items, it took so long to delete 10 items! Almost 2 mins ( it should be 3 seconds )

I recently ordered from HNAK at Abraj Hypermarket (Zaidy). Masha Allah, the service was very quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a big improvement compared to before. I highly recommend their service!

Poor Service – Prepaid Order Not Shipped
Placed a prepaid order 5 days ago and it’s still not shipped. No updates, no clear response from support. Very disappointing. Will think twice before ordering again.

Not worth it
I tried the app for one time only and I’m never coming back.
I ordered one item worth SR 165 and add another small one to get free delivery, the big item was not available and got the small one, and when I tried to return they reject my return request.
The customer support sound sleepy when I called and wasn’t very supportive.
I’m deleting my account .

لا انصح بالتعامل مع التطبيق
مريت ب اسوء تجربة ممكن اي احد يمر فيها اول طلبت منتج من عندهم من اسبوع تقريبا وفي الاخير جاني رسالة تم الغاء الطلب اتصلت بخدمة العملاء قالو المبلغ خلال بعد سبع ايام
بيتردلك يعني اجمالي الوقت اسبوعين ناهيك عن خدمة العملاء دايم اتصل عليهم وما يعطوني اجابة واضحة عن اسئلتي ويكلموني ببرود

تطبيق سئ و سياسة استراجاع اسوء (لا انصح فيه)
تطبيق سئ جداً يحتاج تعديلات كتير … و ده طبعاً بالاضافه الي سياسة الاسترجاع الفاشلة لانه ما بيرجعوا المنتج الا في حاله انه كان معيب … و اي منتج عليه خصم لا يتم استرجاعه و استرداد الاموال يكون خلال ٣٠ يوم 😳…. يعني انتوا تطبيق جديد و اكتسبتم سمعة سيئة … طيب حاولوا تعدلوا سياسة الاستراجاع عشان الناس تثق فيكم … ايش مشكله اني ارجع منتج علي خصم ؟!!!!!
