We use the HOA app by our management company and it allows me to report issues to landscapers, pool or management directly there by reducing time ti solve problem.

App for common area
We use the HOA app to open the pool door and report issues to the landscaper and pool person.

I've found the HOA Alchemy app extremely useful for reporting landscaping issues and accessing association documents like meeting minutes and live bank balances. It's very user-friendly, allowing me to report issues with photos easily, and I appreciate the landscapers' prompt responses with images showing completed work. This app has made communication with our homeowner's association more efficient and transparent.

I am an offsite owner and rented my unit to a tenant and I live in a different state 1500 miles away. With the HOA App I am able to keep up with updates from the community.

This wonderful app has made life so much easier for me. Moving from the earlier complex and at times confusing HOA web application which required multiple steps to do simple tasks. This allows me to interact and get the information I need all from a beautifully designed start page. Best part no more filing tickets. Click and go and watch progress in real time. Love it
