Terrible App and printer

I rarely use my HP Office Jet PRo 8025e. I can’t connect it to the computer. I have to scan one page at a time or else the pages stick together. And functionality with the app is terrible.

Theft

The Smart Printer app for HP never worked correctly for me. Despite canceling my subscription, I was still being charged. Yesterday, I spoke with an Apple advisor who assured me that the refund would be processed. However, I was denied the refund for the second time, and I will no longer allow the app to be reviewed. It’s frustrating that this app stole my money!
