Doesn't work at all, don't download

The only reason i downloaded the app was to check whether my cards have lounge access or not. For all the cards, after charging ₹2, i only received one message saying it couldn't verify whether the card has lounge access. What's the point of giving so many ads promoting on Instagram claiming it can verify the card for lounge access, when IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!!! Another gimmick app in the market to get money out of people. 👏🏼

Hoi app airport food service is actually very convenient. I ordered directly from the app while sitting at my gate and didn’t have to stand in long queues. The food was ready on time and the process was smooth. Prices are like normal airport rates but the time saving makes it worth it. Overall good experience, especially during busy travel days. ✈️🍔

Must have for airport app

Hoi is a delight for travellers . I was able to track my flight easily and the notifications gave me regular updates about by flight including details of Baggage belt when I landed in Delhi.

Scam and poor support

They list unavailable items and force you to have the order without the item or refund and reorder somewhere else irrespective of your flight time. Customer support is horrible. Their logic is like when you order chicken pizza which is not available then they offer you paneer pizza with 2 extra cubes of paneer on toppings so now you are even.

I’m impressed with how streamlined this airport app is the app map helped me to find my gate quickly the parking info feature is really helpful and I ordered food from this app at the food is delivered at boarding gate before the flight.
