2.0

Holdfast 2.0 • Tables that adapt. Rate each session. After two clean sessions that felt Easy or Just right, your holds step up; if you have to breathe early, they ease off a step. Every table stays sized from your breath check (or your experience), within safe limits. • Measure what happens. During a hold, tap the ring when a contraction starts, or press and hold when you need to breathe. Progress now shows when contractions begin and your real best holds. The same gestures work on Apple Watch. • A weekly target instead of a daily streak. Train 3 days a week, or set your own. • Gentle reminders on the days and at the time you choose. • Settle in first. A calm minute of paced breathing before round 1, with your live heart rate when your watch joins. Skip it anytime. • Sound. Chimes, a spoken guide and calm ambience. With cues and ambience on, your session keeps going with the phone locked. • New programs, including a free 2-week Starter. • Widgets, a Live Activity and watch complications. See today's table at a glance, or start it from Siri, Control Center or the Action button on Apple Watch Ultra. • Your watch knows today's table and runs the same plan as your phone. Sessions you start on iPhone run on your paired watch too, and the summary shows how your heart slowed during holds. • Everything new is in Spanish too. Dry training only — never hold your breath in water alone.
