Second driver
While price seemed good I was frustrated not to able to add the cost of a second driver at the time of booking leaving the final cost cost something of a lottery!! Not ideal!!

The system would not allow me to pay a UK hire in GBP!!!!!
Be extremely careful
I was double charged because they apparently don’t pay Dollar and Hertz, creating serious customer service issues during pick up. To make matters worse, when you contact Holiday Autos customer service the make you rebook and tell you they will refund you, only to email you saying that oh well the had revised and will not proceed with the refund. They have been scamming the rental companies and now are also scamming their customers. Never using them again.

Poorly designed App
Many things need to be fixed on this app! (You have to put your booking reference every single time, when booking the categories offered are different from the one from the website) and the chat is not great (again you have to start from scratch every single time as it doesn’t keep what you have already typed when it transferred you to the real chat)

Very bad
I want to share my disappointing experience with Holiday Autos’ app and website. I rented a car through their platform, but when I arrived to pick it up, I found that the vehicle was not the one I had booked. Instead, it was much smaller and in poor condition. I recorded a video of the car and immediately contacted Holiday Autos to resolve the issue. They told me they would investigate and get back to me within 20 days.
Despite my request for a refund on the spot, they refused. After two months of following up with them, I was finally informed that they would not be issuing a refund.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this website or app. Based on my experience, you might end up losing your money with no proper resolution.
