Use to work but now doesn’t
When I first got app it use to work but now doesn’t. Shows I have no earned rewards or towards rewards. Go in there every day. Employees don’t know. Hasn’t worked in 2 years.
The app doesn’t work
No point in trying the rewards system. These reviews are from years ago and still nothing has changed. I enter my number and the store says that it’s accepting it. Once I check my app next time, there’s literally no history! Stupid company.
Update the app more
The reward games will start and it takes extra long for it to show up on the app so you are behind several days of chances to get rewards especially if you don’t check the website or play the game from the website so hopefully you fix that problem
This Rewards Program Is Nonexistent
Don’t bother yourself with signing up for the rewards program or downloading the app. I have used the “Contact Us” twice now to let the Customer Service staff know that my rewards program card isn’t excepted at any pump or in any store. NO RESPONSE. How does one maintain customer loyalty when one doesn’t respond to its customers??? You won’t get any reward points to use for future purchases. Don’t bother!

App works fine. It’s a gas station so what more do you expect? Sometimes depending on the station being corporate or franchise it makes a difference if the rewards track or work. Not every station participates and that is fine because again, it’s a GAS STATION lol
