Put the barcode back in the app where it was. Don’t like finding the bar code while juggling items.
Horrible app
This app is so useless. Says I have 5-25cent rewards that you can’t use. Says enter phone number, but has nowhere to enter the number. Rerarded.
Outer circle
Have been to my local Circle K/Holiday gas station several times since signing up for the Inner Circle rewards program and none of my fuel ups/purchases have generated a qualified “visit”. Not sure what else I need to do, each stop fulfilled the “visit” requirement and I was sure to sign in with my phone number at the cashier but sill no visits have populated within the app. 👎

“Something went wrong”
I downloaded the app a month ago because I happen to have a circle k near my job. Seemed like a convenient deal getting a few cents off gas every week. First fill up? No problem. Subsequently, not so much. I’ve visited several times, but it doesn’t show in the app. It just keeps saying “hmmm something went wrong try again later.” It’ll show me ads for whatever deal is happening in the store, but accruing any kind of benefit for filling up? Nope. So what’s the point of having the app?
