I’m sitting in Rochester, MN, face-to-face with one of your stores, and the app shows no stores in a 50-mile radius. This shouldn’t be that hard for competent developers. I’ll just go to Casey’s.

VERY DISAPPOINTING--GLITCHY
You have to do four fuel-ups by July 1 to get 40 cents off per gallon. I'd already done 3 fuel-ups and I waited until my tank was almost empty. Today I went for my fourth fuel-up, entered my phone number. but all it gave me was 5 cents off per gallon and the app didn't even register my fourth visit today! There's no way I'm going to drive 300 miles in the next 40 hours so, due to the glitchy app, I lost $5.00+ in savings today.

This app is a complete dumpster fire. I went months with denied discounts on food and fuel. When i finally get it to work again the app doesn’t register anything and nothing loads up. This is false advertising

Fuel Rewards
I’ve used my phone number associated with my Circle K app rewards account and there have been more than three times where I have not received my reward for filling 5 gallons or more. It looks like your bugs are not fixed.

Too much hassle.
I’ve been trying to get signed up with an easy pay card for two days, only to find out I’m not signed up even though their system assigned me an easy pay card number and the system asked if I wanted a card mailed and I checked the box “yes” and then was told by the agent that it would take 7-10 business days to receive a card. OK.
Another day I called customer support and got bounced around like a basketball in the NBA only to be told they DO NOT MAIL cards and I would have to go into the store to get an “Easy Pay card”. The agent could see the number that their system assigned automatically but it was not linked to my bank account. Therefore I only got 3 cents off a gallon. BUMMER dealing with CircleK.
