Bait and switch
Posters all over stations saying 40 cents a gallon after 4 fillups. Yet mine have taking 7 or 8. Final straw was last visit when it gave me the 20 cent discount on my eight foot up. (To the company-just check my account. It’s all there)

Fake deals that never actually save money
The savings the rewards program is nice for awhile until they just stop working and don’t actually give you the discounts they claim. There are deals on the app that tell you if you fill up on gas a contain amount of times, you’ll save so many cents extra a gallon, what actually ends up happening is that you keep filling up and the deal never activates, leading you to come in to circle k stations and never actually saving money. It genuinely feels illegal the amount of times I get scammed, but sometimes the deals work with no real reason why. It’s frustrating and I contently feel tricked. Go to other gas stations if you can.

The white guide line on the matching game is hard to see on a lighter colored background, otherwise good app!
Won’t log in
Have tried to log in to my account about 10 times at different points I put in my phone number and it sends me a code then tells me the code is incorrect 🙄
Connectivity Issues
More often than not I receive “check internet connection” and app will not work. Every other app works perfectly.

Unable to play the games
All I get is a white screen that’s says loading game.
Won once! I fountain soda! Oh joy!

Also I have I have a free bucks energy drink and the new Arizona, which is I found on any of your stores! Can’t say they have been there either. The employees haven’t seen them either! Beginning to think you want us there to buy other stuff, I just walk out!

I’m sitting in Rochester, MN, face-to-face with one of your stores, and the app shows no stores in a 50-mile radius. This shouldn’t be that hard for competent developers. I’ll just go to Casey’s.

PoS company that extorts you with watered down corn-gas & air machines charging $2 but when you need it, it steals quarters, go inside & meth-addicts hey hire with green card owner/mgrs that cant speak English cant refund my money, give a receipt for proof rain-check or go check their pos machine to make it work OR give me back my money! Horrible contrived ponzi scheme of a mafia for family green card franchisees extorting people!
