Put the barcode back at the top of the home screen. Absolutely zero reason to remove it other than to make using the app more inconvenient

Cannot log in
The app will not send me a code to my phone or my email to login. I went online and my account is set up however the app refuses to work. FIX IT!

I went to Circle K at 4421 Montana 79903i wasn’t sure how to use gas rewards and a young lady working there with long hair was very willing to help me…. My phone number would not show as correct thou the young lady tried.. one of your loyal customers that knew how it works along with this wonderful young man figured it out and this young man insisted on paying my gas.. the reason i mentioned this young man was he saw I was so worried I was holding up line… with my rewards I needed to make a correction but the patience of this young lady and the fine young man even wanting to help me put my gas… your worker and this young man’s kindness made my day…I called the 800 number and Oscar helped me.. making it so easy for me to understand… Thank you Circle K for this fine service I received … and the young man a loyal customer…..

Get signed up with phone number at Circle K and then get app downloaded; however can’t sign into app cause message with 6 digit sign in code for sign in can’t be received on phone. Makes no sense to me that you are allowed to sign up with phone number and then can’t receive a message to that phone!!

Can’t log in
I just downloaded the app and I’m trying to log into my account and no matter if I choose my phone or email. I’m not getting the code to activate my account. Super frustrating.

Use to work here back in the day before it was circle k. The upgrade looks amazing, however the employee interaction was awful. Felt like I was inconveniencing the clerk who was outside smoking and talking to her friend. Also noticed water leaking on the floor in several places. No hotdogs on the rollers or sausages. Needs new management if u ask me.

Bait and switch
Posters all over stations saying 40 cents a gallon after 4 fillups. Yet mine have taking 7 or 8. Final straw was last visit when it gave me the 20 cent discount on my eight foot up. (To the company-just check my account. It’s all there)
