Arrived after flight from Europe to learn that Holisto had cancelled the booking to my hotel in LA.

Avoid this app
They booked a hotel for the wrong month at the hotel and then canceled it and didn’t tell me.
Works fine for me
I’m currently using this app and I like it. It’s responsive and straightforward. The deals are really good and I have not had any trouble with this app. I wish they were easier to contact when there is a problem though so keep that in mind.
Do NOT use
I used this website and highly regret it!!! Its a lazy company, with lazy employees. They do not try to help after they have received money. I tried working with the company, asked for different dates at the same hotel- they said NO. So I asked if I could do same dates at different hotel- they said, no. I called the hotel myself and they had no issue with the cancellation, but they needed the “third party” issue the refund. Needless to say, Hoslowo said, no. I recommend Priceline, hotels.com, travelocity, anything but this!!!

This app is not helping and feels like misleading information also they didn’t refund you anything
After you made a reservation with hotels and you pay a full price including all taxes and fees the hotel charges you again taxes and fees

Horrible.
Don’t deal with this app they are thieves. They book something for you then proceed to overcharge you and refuse to return your money. It’s an absolutely horrible app I am speaking from personal experience. Biggest scam!
Scam
Booked a hotel under Holisto and then needed to make amendments. No call back and the “Manage booking” under the app doesn’t give us an option to change our bookings.

It’s a scam. Don’t book your room with this website. They just took the money and send you the email with the receipt and the reservation but in actual the hotels didn’t get the payments and you will be charged twice.
Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the app after seeing Holisto was acquisition by Moringo. I went to book a hotel room and it asks for you to enter your cell phone number (I did) and clicked submit and it said “Please enter a valid cell phone number” I tried it over and over again with spaces, dashes etc but nothing worked. So I booked with Expedia and immediately sold my shares of Moringa. Looks like they’re being delisted from NASDAQ so I’m glad I tested the app.
