Wecasa app ordering design
Although my Wecasa appointment went quite well The ordering system on this app is quite badly designed instead of telling you when they are available, You have to guess what timeslot you want to book and then they check after a few hours telling you whether it’s available. I’m sure there should be a quicker and easier way of doing this.

Sian was lovely and cleaned our house thoroughly, taking attention to detail for all rooms and hallways. She was also very considerate of our sleeping baby and cleaned all spots despite some of our clutter so we really appreciated that! Delighted to have her as our regular professional.

They take unauthorised charges from your account
If you use this service even once they will then take unauthorised charges from your account every month, check your account and make sure you don’t fall victim to this, it comes out as Wecasa Paris, and then you try to contact them and they put you on a chat it for 3 hours and tell you they won’t reimburse you, the one time I used them months ago the staff arrived late, it was unorganised, I felt bad for the staff and gave them a good review regardless, I wish I didn’t because I see the company is untrustworthy and how can you operate a service from abroad without anyone to contact in a reasonable timeframe
