Is there actually a human working for this company??? I’ve had no contact from anyone since my missed appointment on Friday except Kathleen, but I have cancer and can’t just reply when I want to.
Here are the notes from my chat on Friday 10.07 for my cleaning appointment at 5:30pm which the agent disconnected on me.
44 minutes later I’m still outside and no one here. Cleaner messaged me 30 minutes ago asking me to pick her up???
Really I have cancer, leaks in my spine and house bound for 12 months. Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had being a working high profile professional for 25 years prior to my ill health starting 3 years ago.
Your company has made me feel physically ill. I will raise complaint Monday and take this to the top once I’ve investigated your company. Awful service.
No professionalism whatsoever. I have cancer and your service is awful.
You've sent someone who doesn't speak English and on a street up the road. Rang me 3 times. I've given my live location and she's hung up on me 3 times. Screenshot attached. I could do without this. I want a human manager please I have cancer and means in my spine.
Are you seriously telling me there is no one to speak to and my cleaner is not here lost up the road somewhere doesn't speak English and hung up on me 3 times???
Forget it. I am ill with cancer and I will call when I don't get a message saying back Monday and cannot speak to anyone. I will make a formal complaint on Monday and either request refund or someone who speaks English and can follow directions on a map.
Absolutely disgusting service.
Can someone pick this up this morning as a matter of urgency please as you still have my money and no one turned up.
It wouldn’t be too much to ask you to raise a complaint as I requested on Friday, and provide me with compensation or some kind of gesture of goodwill. It’s not about the money either, it’s the principle.
If I receive another chat agent message this morning and not a manager as requested, I will search online as I’m sure you have a head office somewhere, and I’ll take this straight to the top if I have to.
You shouldn’t be treating seriously ill cancer patients like this, or anyone else for that matter.

HIGHLY UNRELIABLE APP
I’ve been using this app for almost if not over a year ago. Cleaners are extremely unreliable - I had a cleaning session scheduled today morning for a cleaner and she didn’t turn up. She even texted me last night to confirm she’s coming at 9am but she didn’t turn up. This is the 5th time this has happened to me and it’s not even the same cleaner. They are all 5 different people. Expect last minute cancellations and cleaners ghosting you for no reason if you are about to download this app. There were situations where I used this app and found good cleaners but more often than not 1) most cleaners you get through this app are highly unreliable or 2) they will cancel on you last minute. They don’t have enough of a good pool of people to send for jobs. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anybody. Extremely unreliable.

If a regular cleaner cancels, they provide no solution or service - just for you to sort out your own cleaner and an AI bot that gets everything wrong and a 2 hour wait to speak to a human being that then offers no support.
