Swe Zin did a first clean last week, she was thorough and the house was really clean when she had finished. The house smelled lovely, she paid attention to places that are not seen but harbour dirt, I was very impressed. Can’t wait for her to come again.

I had two experiences where the cleaner was a no show (different cleaners). The first time they were able to send someone in the afternoon which wasn’t ideal as I planned my morning around it but it was better than the second time where no one came and they didn’t send anyone.
I reached out for assistance and they sent a templated response with a generic discount.
After the first time - fair. But after the second time this occurred I would have expected better customer support; especially for someone who has used the platform for a year. The lack of attention cost them a regular customer.

The app was great to book a cleaner through. I understand reviews are subjective, but the deep clean I’d booked for a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat was far from deep. Not worth booking a 5 hr block, I got short changed by 20 mins.
Another exceptional clean by Mehwish.
Mehwish takes her time to make sure every room is cleaned well. She respects my property and leaves it secure which is very reassuring. Thank you Mehwish.

Had a lovely pedicure with Sidra. My feet were very dry and cracked, but she took such good care of them and did an amazing job! 🥰 She was so lovely, gentle and professional. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be booking with her again. I would highly recommend her! 💕
