Crashes & unable to “login”
USE / PLAYER BEWARE-app crashes a lot while playing by getting stuck & any gems or coins you’ve obtained get “lost” & the developers have you in a loop attempting to contact for help!

This is the best game I ever played.It is fun and relaxing.Whenever I’m bored or stressed I would play this game. So what you do is you start off as a beginner home but then you buy furniture and rooms to make your house worth more and then more people will visit your home and they can like furniture and plants to give you money which you collect the next time you play the game.You also buy stuff with gems that you could buy,watch an advertisement,or use the fifty gems you start off with.When you buy really nice stuff with your coins,you usually build it with wood and other stuff that your friends could give you.For example,if you see a house you like and want to be friends with that person,you post a comment that says your Id.If people comment to you house you go to overview then you to invite and say their storm id.Definitely download this game!

iPhone had to be replaced & Home Design Story downloaded but none of the progress was restored! I did a backup prior to replacing my phone. Please return my account. V3r0 under Vluxe Estate at a home value around 3 million or more w/580 gems & about $180 k in coins. Please help. I spent quite a bit of money on gems & designing my home (even if it’s a game). Bring back
Please bring back the games like World War live, Racing Live, Imobsters, Kingdoms live, etc. Those games were soooooo addicting. A lot of the old heads would play it.
Lost Account Access
I had to redownload the app because it remained frozen even after restarting my iPad. I didn’t know that by doing so, I would lose access to my current active aged account. There’s no option to connect my Storm8 username and my Game Center is not connecting either. All my recent purchases inaccessible now. Be careful
