Terrible Customer Support
Daniel is terrible when it comes to customer support. Even when he does get back to you, his help is almost worthless. He can’t explain anything and he has zero patience. Syncing report are like going back to AOL dial-up. Super slow and overly complicated. Everything about this app is slow and antiquated. Picture taking is a big hassle. The only good thing about this app is the DDID available comment. I really tried to stay with the app as this is what we used while undergoing certification and I’ve used the app for two months now conducting inspections. I’m leaving Home Inspection Fast for something else more modern.

Good software needs updating
This is a very good home inspection software at its core that could compete with the big boys if it had more tech support/a few more improvements. This software works almost like a checklist of can't miss items in a room by room reporting method and is populated with thousands of comments. The finished pdf report is clean, organzied well, and easily understood by the reader.
Couple of downfalls-
Picture resolution is fairly low and photos can't expand
When the pdf is created it sometimes squeezes comments together
There is only a pdf version of the report - no online portal or quick links to findings
The software seems to be in a beta stage of development (ISN links do not function, pdf reports are created as a betaplanet file, etc)
Keep an eye on this software as it is structured well - just needs more support, customer service, and development.

Clunky and No App Support
There hasn’t been any updates in years and whenever you reach out to Daniel to try and get some support he just ignores your phone calls and emails. Spend your money elsewhere.
Zero customer service or support
Clunky software. Seemed like a good idea but was $$ wasted.
Easy and intuitive
This app is an easy transition from InspectIt but better in every way. Very highly recommended.
