After contacting customer service because the provider left early I am now convinced they do not care if their clients are taken advantage of. I was originally told I would receive a refund, but I guess they changed their mind and said the session started early, news to me! Updated: They never reached out and stopped replying to messages over the app. Called the customer service number was told it was being escalted but again have not heard back.

Therapist Tash was great. App and subsequent customer service not good.
I was gifted 3 vouchers from a friend. I used the first one on 6 May. I found the App not very user friendly. When you are looking at the different ‘add on’s’ it starts describing them and then when you try to expand to see what all the information says, it just takes you to a screen that tells you how to prepare for your treatment.
After the first treatment I was sent an email asking me to do a review on Trustpilot. It then said once I submit my review, I would get a $20 credit to go towards my next booking. I always review Businesses and my experience, so this was not my motivation to do a review. I had decided before receiving that email that I would do one as I didn’t find the App user friendly. I described my experience and gave a 4 Star review. I received a phone call from someone that night discussing my concerns. About a week later I went in to book my next treatment and noticed there was no $20 credit in my account. I contacted customer service and I received an email which stated that I was not given the $20 credit because it is only given to ‘verified 5 Star reviews’. This was definitely not mentioned in the initial email. I have since gone back and forth with customer service. (I’ll just leave it there ). I have now gone in to book my next treatment with the same Therapist. I definitely saw her name and profile come up. I did look at different add one and treatments before deciding what I wanted. I’m not what happened but after hitting confirm, I have now been booked with another Therapist. It seems there are a lot of issues with the App.
