Rendered useless
While I was able to connect to the fan easily and use Alexa just fine, for some reason I cannot use the manual switch anymore. I don’t always want to speak to turn on/off the light and fan or to time the lights. I should be able to use the manual switches for it but now it doesn’t work at all. Now I have to disconnect from Alexa just to use the manual switches again. Useless!!

Won’t connect
Used the app to attempt to connect the fan to wifi. The app finds the fan and when I click the “setup this device” button, the indicator spins and then nothing happens. It doesn’t set up the fan. It doesn’t troubleshoot. Just NOTHING.

Garbage product.
I am not exaggerating, I have to reconnect this to alexia twice a week. It just stops. Only product I have that does this. It’s infuriating. And the wall switch is not sensitive at all, so sometimes I’m pushing the light or power button multiple times before it clicks. Such a garage product all the way around.

What an absolute waste of money! This device does not stay connected, the touch screen on the switch is useless and does not turn the device on, Alexa never works, and there’s zero help from customer support! Pure trash! Do not buy!!! Would give negative stars if it was possible.

Sometimes we have to go over the set up mode to reconnect.
Huge waste of money, in the product and labor to have it installed, because now we gonna have to buy a new fan and call someone to install it.

Horrible setup and support. If you can get through to tech support they simply tell you to “use the app”, which doesn’t work. I’ve spent 4 weeks trying just to get Bluetooth to connect to my phone but nothing. I’m not changing my router settings just to get a supposed Bluetooth device to pair. Very poor design.

Awful
Out of about 13 devices I have in my smart home this is the only one that stops working every 2 weeks. Alexa can't turn in the fan until I restart the entire system and reset it. Trash
Just not worth it
If I could give this zero stars I would. The fan and light worked well for a few months then would randomly disconnect/lose connection. There were times in which the wall switch did not control the device. The trick for me was to factory reset each time. That seemed to solve the issue then back to square one. This very last time, factory reset did not work. I did my own troubleshooting, followed the set up process as shown in the app and finally utilized the tips found in the FAQ. After spending only God’s knows how many hours which no resolution, I submitted a ticket in the app. I received an automatic reply with the same steps as the tips in the FAQ. I contacted customer service and got no where. Someone finally called back when my hands were tied and I’ve been calling since with no answer. Apparently they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. Go figure….I wish I read the reviews before purchasing this device. I caution you to not waste your money. A standard vent and the normal Amazon echo does goes a long way.

Every so often I have to find out why Alexa loses connection. Make sure you don’t lose your instruction booklet!
App needs reset
The app provides no value. There is no easy way to change networks , reset, or problem solve for the crappy fans this company makes. Pages have tons of typo’s and useless info. I’ve been messing with my fan for 4 weeks and it still doesn’t work.
Fan is great, app is not
My fan works great with the Alexa Amazon app! But this app itself, the interface is really limited, even the help section to troubleshoot the fan not working wasn’t helpful. I’m keeping the manual my fan came with since the troubleshooting in it is more detailed and useful!
Wanted to like it
Would rate it higher, but seems like it supports every music streaming site but Apple Music.
