No jobs in my area
The idea of the app is great and it qualities, however they need to do more marketing to get the word out so people will come here. I live in a big city with lots of local surrounding cities. App showed two gigs that were already taken then those stopped showing up at all and it said no jobs in your area. When I went back in the app it was stuck on a grey screen with them asking me a yes or no question with no option to press anything and the “no jobs in your area” logo dim in the back. Very poorly designed. Thanks anyway !

App needs help
I enjoy working for Homecare.com and I adore my clients but the app doesn’t always work. It can be really frustrating and I’ve been chastised for not being able to clock in and out.

I did a review last year under the name of SheTrending and here I am again with another view. I feel as if this app is a scam because how ever they do reach out to you but does not hire you for the job.
The day I applied it has been 3days later and no response or the position is filled. This app is a joke!
You never talk to anyone verbally it’s always through texting. This is unprofessional! Please avoid this app this job because I am also taking this situation towards the BBB.

Caregiver
I am looking for an opportunity to be a caregiver. I have 3 years of experience taking care of a lady with light cleaning, taking care of her, cooking and anything that needs to be done. The app is useless because is not working.So the is no way to apply for jobs.It makes no sense
Annoying & Discriminate against black ppl
They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! & they pick and choose what shifts that want to give you. There was a ONE TIME- FILL IN SHIFT that was about 45 minutes away from me and they wouldn’t give it to me. I didn’t mind driving the distance! They discriminate against people of color.

This app was a total waste of my time it’s literally only one job posted for next month and I’m sure everyone is applying for it. The fact that’s you can’t change your locations or even navigate around other areas that may have work is crazy.

Can only view jobs avail near you can’t update your profile or apply to anything because you need to create a profile again that you can’t. Can’t do it on a web browser either as the ONLY option it gives you is that app so lose lose here not worth the time.
