Love the Idea of the App
Love the control you have with the app, but I have had mine for 24 hours and the app crashed 2 times since then.
Awful you don’t get what you pay for
No customer service effort, won’t connect you to a live person to review why the digital library hasn’t been updated since 2023! It’s 2026, if you don’t mind paying big bucks for outdated art, basic holidays not included and an app that is over a yr old ladened with bugs then go for it. If you have a need for more stress this is the product for you. Otherwise save your $$$ and go with a company that updates and cares about their product functionality and usability putting the customer first. Terrible company, don’t support idiocy.

For the price you pay for the item you’d expect there to be a huge selection of patterns you can do on the machine. However the list is very small. The year ones aren’t even up to date. I hope they change this. The machine is NOT cheap. Almost not worth the price.

We need an update
$500 table and no updates in forever. Same old boring designs. Even the years and every design are years old!

Complete garbage
Possibly the worst device and app I’ve ever used. Drift device worked for about a day and completely bricked. Won’t work, won’t restart, won’t factory reset.
Long term not worth it
It was pretty cool for about the first week, but there have been zero improvements to the app since we bought the unit and a very limited selection of the most simplistic designs. Once you have seen each pattern one time there is nothing further to look forward to. We prefer a slower ball speed, but on the slowest of settings (from ~1%-10%ish) the unit sticks after a short while and stops moving, as if the mechanics are not designed to move that slow… if so, then why is that speed even an option on the control?!?! C’mon Homemedic, you have our money already, now do something for it.

Works fine. Designs & updates are lacking
The table itself has been working, but there is literally a design called “Hello 2023” no other year. Can we please update designs, make them actually searchable. Ability to load our own designs would be great, or at least a way to add new pre-made designs from the website.
UPDATE THE APP TO THE NEW STANDARD
You guys produced a new wave of smaller drift tables an made a NEW app without updating the original app with the original drift table that costs over 500 dollars!!! (If you bought a 21in version like I did) I spent hard earned on money on this decorative piece an I’m stuck with “old” wave because your to lazy of company to update it to the new standard. No new patterns in years! No new update in years!! This is honestly straight up robbery.

So much potential and yall are just letting it die
It’s been forever since this has been updated with new features. Please update the availability of patterns, add the ability for us to draw or create our own patterns (with visualizations in app), add Al mode, which always changes based on words imputed. Etc.. this has so much more potential and I'd love to see it strive.

Desperately needs update
This is an incredible product, but the app is impossible to sync to. Please update the software, would love to rate 5 stars…
App Needs Help!
Have issues with some of the designs, one “galactic” won’t even download at all, Mantis has no picture displayed, with some designs not even loaded right and look like a bad design or a faulty table. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Terrible
The app is terrible. It rarely works and, lately, it won’t even connect to my sand table. The customer service is even worse—they told me my Drift is out of warranty and that I’m simply out of luck, despite the app constantly crashing and failing to function properly. This has made the product nearly unusable. I truly regret purchasing this sand table.

They haven’t updated the designs in so long. I have an oasis as well and while this one works better, the other one has WAY cooler pictures and options. A huge disappointment considering the cost of this device.

Purchased 3 years ago. Nothing has been updated. The UI is poor, the designs have not changed. This is an abandoned product. It should be open sourced if HoMedics ever wants to have credibility going forward.

Never Updated
How come you can’t add any new patterns? Why don’t you make it so that people can import their own? If I knew the software was a dead end, I wouldn’t have ordered this product.
Updates
Would love for there to be an update. So that new graphic patterns can be uploaded giving a wider selection then just the original basic designs. I want to be able to make animal’s designs like in your infomercial. Seahorse, elephant, rhino, etc
