App crashes on launch
Can’t use my $500 sand table anymore because the devs abandoned the app and it no longer launches
Updates?
Does this app ever get updated? Have had this sand table for years and it’s all the same patterns. Hello? It’s been years, can someone update the app?
Love the Idea of the App
Love the control you have with the app, but I have had mine for 24 hours and the app crashed 2 times since then.
Awful you don’t get what you pay for
No customer service effort, won’t connect you to a live person to review why the digital library hasn’t been updated since 2023! It’s 2026, if you don’t mind paying big bucks for outdated art, basic holidays not included and an app that is over a yr old ladened with bugs then go for it. If you have a need for more stress this is the product for you. Otherwise save your $$$ and go with a company that updates and cares about their product functionality and usability putting the customer first. Terrible company, don’t support idiocy.
