Love the Idea of the App
Love the control you have with the app, but I have had mine for 24 hours and the app crashed 2 times since then.
Awful you don’t get what you pay for
No customer service effort, won’t connect you to a live person to review why the digital library hasn’t been updated since 2023! It’s 2026, if you don’t mind paying big bucks for outdated art, basic holidays not included and an app that is over a yr old ladened with bugs then go for it. If you have a need for more stress this is the product for you. Otherwise save your $$$ and go with a company that updates and cares about their product functionality and usability putting the customer first. Terrible company, don’t support idiocy.

Soooo no undates? You force customer to pay this OUTRAGEOUS price for the item but don’t keep up your end of the bargain? Come on!
For the price you pay for the item you’d expect there to be a huge selection of patterns you can do on the machine. However the list is very small. The year ones aren’t even up to date. I hope they change this. The machine is NOT cheap. Almost not worth the price.

We need an update
$500 table and no updates in forever. Same old boring designs. Even the years and every design are years old!
