Bug fixes for syncing blood pressure measurements to the app with users on iOS 16.4+

Won’t Sync To iPhone

App synced to my iPhone 8 running OS 16.7.8 initially upon install and transferred the first blood pressure reading from the monitor to the phone successfully. However it was a one-off and every subsequent attempt to connect and sync fails with an error message reporting the app can’t find/detect the bp monitor.

I opted to manually enter a reading and encountered a horrible UI design that makes it impossible to scroll down to the “Save” button to finalize the data entry. This proved to be a non-viable option.

The monitoring wrist cuff device works well but this companion app is worthless and non-functional. It seems like an after thought that was not considered to be an integral part of the entire user experience as it delivers frustration, not usefulness.

Cannot leave a comment on a reading

When I click on a reading it gives me the option to leave a comment, but when I click in the box and my keyboard appears I cannot access the ‘Submit’ button to actually save my comment.

Worst medical recording.

Totally inconsistent with keeping records. Entire weeks suddenly disappear.
Monitor works well, but app is horrible. Undependable.
Should sync with Apple- I’m unable to get to transfer.
Won’t bother sending information to my Dr.

The App just won’t work

I’ve been trying to get this app to sync with Bluetooth for 2 weeks now and just no luck. Seems like it can’t find the phone, maybe once in a while it will attempt to sync but fails and takes me to the troubleshooting page which does nothing but advise to be sure your device is turned on and in range. Really, I should be sure Bluetooth is turned on? Wow, never occurred to me!

Trying to input a manual setting is also difficult as I can never get the app to accept the confirmed date and time of the reading, always having to set the time 1 minute ahead of actual time to get accepted. The app is a joke
