Only One Schedule
You can only have one scheduled time frame??? I’d like it to run daily from noon to 2:00 and again in the evening from 6:00 to 8:00 but you can only schedule one. Seems like a pretty basic thing to expect for a high end item such as this.
App doesn’t work
The app stopped allowing me to set up a schedule a while ago. It looks like you already know this. It would be nice if you let us know if you’re working on this feature.
Lack of everything
It’s absolutely ridiculous that the app doesn’t work. I tried scheduling the diffuser to not run over night and I woke up the next morning and found out the thing ran all night and the schedule never kicked in. Additionally you can only schedule it to run all day, not specific hours. I tried opening the app the next morning to find that it couldn’t detect the device again. Price point is way to high for this kind of pain points

App doesn’t function at all
I never leave reviews, but felt I needed to warn others since this product is not cheap. The app doesn’t function, won’t update. I can click buttons all I want to and nothing happens. Schedule feature does not work. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times. Now I can’t even get the device itself to work. I have it on the highest setting and there is zero scent coming out. We’ve only had it about 6 months. These are not cheap and it seems to be a complete waste of money.

Very Bad
If there is a negative star .. very expensive refill and the machine as well. Poor quality it leaks and make a stain on the machine the oil scattered. Hard to connect with bluetooth.

So… this is amazing cause is nice and colorful but… i mean if the creator is u, just know this device is amazing!

This app is more to spy on your rather than giving you comfort and service. Don’t even think of downloading it.

Go back and design it from the ground up. You charge an arm and a leg for your device. Make them functional, if you have any self respect!!

Can not reconnect
This is a great device with a horrible user interface app. It is impossible to reconnect to the device if you loose connection to it. Example get a new phone. The device has no clear way to reset itself back to factory nor can you bypass the connection settings in the app.
Good until it’s not.
Really liked the product, then the Bluetooth randomly stopped connecting and I can’t get it to link with the app anymore.

The unit works as advertised…the ap doesn’t. Sometimes the ap will connect to the device but most of the time the ap says it can’t find it. I was going to buy another one but decided against it…mainly because I wanted use of a ‘scheduling’ convenience. You missed the boat on this one.
Does not know we switched to daylight savings time
I set it up to go off at 7 PM. We switched to daylight savings time and it doesn’t know! Now going off at 8 PM even though it’s still set to 7 PM. Very disappointing and surprising that it would be so clueless on such a basic thing.

Why bothered making an app where it is almost completely useless. I was so happy to know there is an app for this diffuser until I started using it! Do you think Tuesday is less important to me than Monday that I need to schedule
it off? What people need is scheduled on/off throughout the day, not the week. Also it would be nice to let people config the on/off intervals so that we can have infinite possibilities instead of the 3 settings you have? Also biggest issue, there is no OFF button!
Recommendation: Spend more on app dev or just remove it. This caused more harm than good to your reputation.

I can’t turn it off
Really? There’s no off button with the app?
App functionality extremely lacking
Can’t schedule more than one time and setting. Why wouldn’t you be able to automate it to turn on more often or run different schedules on different days? May be returning due to the lack of functionality expected.

Does more recognize defuser no matter what directions I follow. Pretty useless feature overall.
GET IT TOGETHER!
This app is a total disappointment. My serene scent diffuser was connected for two days. After that, I could not connect it through Bluetooth in any way shape or form. Homedics must clearly be aware of this based on all of the complaints through the App Store. You need to do better by your customers or you will start losing business.
