Horrible Experience - Avoid HomeLane!
My experience with HomeLane has been nothing short of a nightmare. Repeated false promises, endless delays, and miscommunication have made this the worst decision I’ve ever made. Week after week, they assure you the work will be done, but no one shows up.
I’ve wasted my hard-earned money, time, and energy dealing with this unprofessional team. Their lack of accountability and poor service has caused immense frustration and mental stress. Absolutely no value for money!
I urge everyone to avoid HomeLane unless you want to lose your peace of mind and have your trust betrayed. If I could, I’d give zero stars!

Worst interior company and service
This is the worst interior service company, total scamy and fraud. Don’t book any service. They will even charge when your product is in warranty. The product design and service is bad, poor quality delivery and installation.
Worst after sales service
I might give 0 star if possible, I am sharing my experience with homelane team. Their designer are totally unexperienced one when the actual implementation is far different from designed one . You can’t do nothing because payment has been taken in advance. Further, I came in shock when kitchen got infested with termites in only 10 months and laminate is bulged at 2-3 places because of cheap materials used by their team. When approached care team for their 10 years warranty period I found their behaviour against the customer oriented. Inspite of listening the customer they are worried about prepayment of visiting charges. Totally unprofessional service from Homelane.

Treat and than trick.
They will treat you till you made the booking amount. Than they will trick you. And than they made you cry. & Beware and don't pay anything till you read their TnConditions. Discounts are just a sham and it will be reduced to half by end of your project. Any customisation you ask will come with an elevated price.

There were 100 of calls before sales and now no one is even bothering about it.
Making delays in after sales/design and then blaming or blackmailing customers regarding their no refund policy of 48 hours.
Doowup team is always keeps saying regarding quality and policy but they dont know first the quality of their own products and second the policies clearly. Here a customer has to bear the consequences.
In market, 18-20 reputed brands are available and you guys restricting customers to go with any of them. You guys first providing of one company (Hettich) and that only for two types - Innotech and cargotech. Now there are 100 of tandem basket available of better quality and also same quality with lesser price.
In market, better ply is available at less cost.
In market, better laminates are available.
In market, better woodwork is present with excellent finishes at less price.
In market, better warranty is available with no revoked policies.
In market, better quality is available.
Its time to change Homelane/Doowup policies or update them otherwise customers will feel cheated once they came to know that 10 years warranty after putting a screw became a bubble.
Your products are inferior than the products available in market and triple costlier with same design almost. Please dont feel proud of misguided information. Go and research outside regarding the same and you will come and thank me for making you aware.

Worst after sales
Have never such worst after sales. They have changed the brands of the spares in quote vs what they have briefed in person.need to be cautious and check word by word of their quote.
Bogus Company
If anyone wants to increase their BP and wants no peace in their life this company is the right on doing all these things. Just for preparing a kitchen they took 6 months. They will make you sign a contract which is totally in favor of them.
Better to go for a local contractor he will help you in a much better way.
No one picks the call no one responds if you’re staying at a far place than your house is gone. They will fix the damaged items and they will not intimate you. They installed broken marble in kitchen and shared the image saying it’s done luckily I visited the site otherwise these people are here just to take money from customer. It happened 3 times and on 4th attempted after making so many complaints they finally installed a marble again.
Project manager will only visits site once in a blue moon.
No option of giving negative ratings otherwise i would have given rating in minus.
Pathetic work, Trained scmaster are siting in their office.

Good work, best material used
My experience with homelane remained very good. They used the materials for my home interior were best. Completed as per schedule except one or small work. Overall Satisfied with the work.

Get away from their marketing gimmick, they are good for nothing and can’t fulfill their commitments services, plz save your money and time and get it done from somewhere else specially Viman Nagar Pune

They have provide me low quality and basic level goods quotation and I have paid Rs 50,786/- as booking and after I ask for cancellation they have not refunded my money.
Shame on the Company and they hired MSD as their Brand Ambassador to fool the customers

Worst Home Interior and Customer Service
Homelane will never deliver on time. Its been 4 months since my home design phase has finished and yet the project is still not complete. They have constant delays in delivery and installation. Never trust them on their words. I highly recommend never to use Homelane
Money waste ,unskilled, unprofessional
These people promise everything in thier first meet and then when u r onboarded they dont even care about u , ur hme, ur exp. No designs were shared , designer n on site manager have no coordination, quality is very poor, its being only 6 months and have wardrobe doors needs to b replaced, color paint is getting old as if i hv done some 5 yrs back… n while i am writing this electric sockets are in state of repair.. even they dont have trendy designs which might b norm..
And their labours ask extra payment for every damn thing citing “ this is not mention in design “ and they charge for even an extra nail on the wall…

Cheap worst & money looter
These guys are very sweet on their first meet & after taking money they don’t even care. Nothing is on time & no designs are given by them only a rough sketch was prepared & they were taking time & time. Unprofessional designers. They took my 45k & then nothing is prepared. These guys ate my money. No refund is given & no work is done

Homelane fraudulently trapped me Aditya
Home lane Pune guys called me Aditya Soni (itsaditya1 @ gmail) for providing offers on their service, they forced us to deposit initial amount Shruti was the designer & assured that anytime we can cancel the plan if we don’t like service. when I asked where it is written they said we assure you at any point in time after 1-2 week or even after months whenever you feel you don’t want to continue with our service we will cancel the contract, whatever amount is spent will deduct the cost & refund. I didn’t even availed their service as nobody followed up for 2 months after payment & when I decided to cancel due to poor service & no updates on plans, now they are not giving my 25k back, it’s been around an year chasing them, every time they invite us try to convince and say we will get back after internal discussions but they are not returning.
Another reason I didn’t continue is because they don’t provide good service, my friend got in their trap and their kitchen was horrible designed by homelane (site location Porwal Road)they couldn’t put things in shelves, 2) Bedroom wardrobe were left short from top where dust could enter easily and after multiple requests it was patched which made it look ugly, I have photo clicked as proof.
They had to call local vendor to fix all blunders.
Request everyone do not get trapped, they are thieves. Once you deposit initial amount you have to do whatever price increase they say, else forget your hard earned money & quit. They will gump money without a second thought.
