Horrible Experience - Avoid HomeLane!
My experience with HomeLane has been nothing short of a nightmare. Repeated false promises, endless delays, and miscommunication have made this the worst decision I’ve ever made. Week after week, they assure you the work will be done, but no one shows up.
I’ve wasted my hard-earned money, time, and energy dealing with this unprofessional team. Their lack of accountability and poor service has caused immense frustration and mental stress. Absolutely no value for money!
I urge everyone to avoid HomeLane unless you want to lose your peace of mind and have your trust betrayed. If I could, I’d give zero stars!

Worst interior company and service
This is the worst interior service company, total scamy and fraud. Don’t book any service. They will even charge when your product is in warranty. The product design and service is bad, poor quality delivery and installation.
Worst after sales service
I might give 0 star if possible, I am sharing my experience with homelane team. Their designer are totally unexperienced one when the actual implementation is far different from designed one . You can’t do nothing because payment has been taken in advance. Further, I came in shock when kitchen got infested with termites in only 10 months and laminate is bulged at 2-3 places because of cheap materials used by their team. When approached care team for their 10 years warranty period I found their behaviour against the customer oriented. Inspite of listening the customer they are worried about prepayment of visiting charges. Totally unprofessional service from Homelane.

Treat and than trick.
They will treat you till you made the booking amount. Than they will trick you. And than they made you cry. & Beware and don't pay anything till you read their TnConditions. Discounts are just a sham and it will be reduced to half by end of your project. Any customisation you ask will come with an elevated price.

Fraud company !! Beware !! Dont waste your huge amount

There were 100 of calls before sales and now no one is even bothering about it.
Making delays in after sales/design and then blaming or blackmailing customers regarding their no refund policy of 48 hours.
Doowup team is always keeps saying regarding quality and policy but they dont know first the quality of their own products and second the policies clearly. Here a customer has to bear the consequences.
In market, 18-20 reputed brands are available and you guys restricting customers to go with any of them. You guys first providing of one company (Hettich) and that only for two types - Innotech and cargotech. Now there are 100 of tandem basket available of better quality and also same quality with lesser price.
In market, better ply is available at less cost.
In market, better laminates are available.
In market, better woodwork is present with excellent finishes at less price.
In market, better warranty is available with no revoked policies.
In market, better quality is available.
Its time to change Homelane/Doowup policies or update them otherwise customers will feel cheated once they came to know that 10 years warranty after putting a screw became a bubble.
Your products are inferior than the products available in market and triple costlier with same design almost. Please dont feel proud of misguided information. Go and research outside regarding the same and you will come and thank me for making you aware.
