I Love Homes and Gardens but absolutely hate this new app!
Avoid!
To avoid frustration avoid this app! I paid a yearly subscription and what a waste of money. The whole idea was to be able to use it on my iPad and I cannot view it at all. Crashes all the time to the point I have to restart my device and on top of that I cannot view the issues I’ve paid for as it does not recognise my Apple ID while I’m clearly signed up if I am writing this review, am I? Technical support ignores my emails and I am stuck and paying for nothing. DON’T DOWNLOAD!

Can’t access it....it was a Mother’s Day Present but can’t log in.
Unbearable
Every month I've had this app there has been an issue! Not being able to gain access to the app, the app crashing after a couple of pages and many emails and calls to resolve the issues. I think I just skip the app next time and buy the hard copy if at all!
Latest update has blocked my access to my subscription
The latest update to this app has locked me out of my subscription so I cannot access any of the magazines I have already purchased. The ‘contact us’ link is the same as the ‘feedback’ link so no idea if I will get a reply or any help!
