Subject: Login Issue with HomeSmart App
Hello,
Each time I log into the HomeSmart app, I am prompted to enter my login information and password. After I enter my credentials, the app then asks me to download it again — even though the app is already installed on my phone. For some reason, the app does not save or remember my login information, and I am repeatedly asked to re-download it. Other than that, the app works great for me.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Not real smart
It keeps crashing and signing me out every time I try to book a smart tour for my client.
So frustrating
This is ridiculous. I can't even access the website anymore. The app doesn't have all the options that the website has. It's bad. And I just deleted the app and I still can't login through the web. STOP IT
App doesn’t allow you to edit everything
The app does not allow you to edit commissions or approve CDA’s. When I typed the site into my phone it only forwards me to the app.
When I’m on the go and I cannot edit transaction details it’s rather frustrating.

New Transactions
We need to be able to create new transactions on the app. Having to wait until you’re on a computer is inefficient.
