Cannot add family membership
This is the worst app I have ever used. Tried to add family membership and was prompted to fill in the the registration type, but that field is greyed out and cannot edit. Not even a list or combo box option. Hello your developer zzz? Not testing such a simple feature before rolling out?
Horrible
Unable to update my vehicle IU in the app. No choice get charged double for parking as im member but pay public rate. Only option to update IU is through the app but it dosent work. The app is an absolute failure as it does not serve any purpose for members
Problematic and slow service
This app is constantly problematic. I’ve had many episodes of not being able to log in. The service staff were not able to remedy this promptly. Extremely disappointed with the quality of service.
Poorly Maintained and Ignored
Zero stars. It’s baffling how an app tied to an organization like this can be so poorly maintained. Basic functionality like logging in doesn’t even work, and when it does, the app takes an absurd amount of time to load. What’s the point of pushing users to download an app that clearly isn’t ready or reliable? It feels like it was pushed out without proper testing and then just left there.
Looking at the reviews, these issues aren’t new, yet nothing seems to have been done to fix them. It reflects a serious lack of accountability and urgency from management. Extremely disappointing.

SYSTEM ERROR on the get go
Can’t even get past login page. What a failure of a system. This is the basic gateway!!!
Nightmare app
UI looks polished but sign up page is filled with bugs. Cant verify number (keep saying number is used), despite trying so many diff numbers. Then select sign up type also cannot select any option. Disgraceful standards from a government organisation.
Unusable
Reviews arent lying lol nothing has been done to make the app usable. Can only navigate the app as a guest and the moment you try to log in it shows you endless errors
User does not exist
One of the worst app. Can’t even log in with password keep showing user don’t exist.
Terrible App
Basically unusable until they bother to fix it. Login takes 5 mins, services are all down. Why bother updating the appearance when it is unusable afterwards?
If you have a vendor doing this, I highly recommend reconsidering your contract. Let a tech-savvy NSF do a way better job.

I wonder if tax payers money is used to create this app. You can’t even login with SingPass. Kept showing error messages. The developer should be fired. I am going to write to the minister for home affairs. Tax payers money is wasted in this case.

Tried accessing the app 4x. Crashed 4x. At this rate, I'm not even sure why this app even existed? Literally does nothing besides crashing non-stop.
We are already getting way less benefits from our SAF counterparts. Now with this app where I can't even access any form of benefits?
