The app allows you to view your account balances and transaction history, receive account alerts, pay bills, transfer money between your Hometown Bank accounts, and manage your debit card. You can activate your card, report it lost or stolen, or temporarily turn it on and off for security.
Hometown Bank does not charge a fee for using the consumer mobile banking app. However, your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply. These charges are from your communications service provider.
To use the Hometown Bank Mobile App, you must be an existing Hometown Bank Online Banking customer. Some features may only be available to eligible customers and accounts.
Existing Online Banking users can enroll their device by downloading the app and logging in with their current Online Banking credentials. New users must first enroll in Hometown Bank Online Banking by contacting a branch.
When you review your balance, keep in mind that it may not reflect all transactions immediately. This includes recent debit card transactions or checks you have written. Delivery of account alerts can also be delayed due to various factors like service outages or system limitations.
