Don’t like the new check in feature
As a single parent, I used to be able to purchase tickets for everyone in my house. No one comes together so I would send everyone a screenshot of their ticket to get them in the gates. This check in feature completely blows that up. My elderly mother cannot manage an app to check in, let alone figure out how to buy a ticket. My kids don’t have credit cards, so not sure how they can buy tickets.

App just goes black
I’ve tried to use this app to purchase tickets to high school football games and when I go to the event to purchase tickets it just goes black. Nothing. No error message or anything. I checked for updates and there weren’t any. So disappointing!
ticket purchasing is not working
every time i go to buy a ticket it doesn’t allow me to click pay now then when i try later on in the day it says purchasing not available.
How do you purchase an season pass?
No documentation on how to purchase a season pass. The app and website are extremely lean.
Worst App
Every year our school uses this app. Every year order passes for kids and us. The passes never show up. Magically once in a while you see them… When you do screenshot them because they will disappear and you will be stuck at a game holding up the line trying to find your passes again! If at all possible avoid this app. Would give zero stars but not an option

Triple charged me
I was trying to purchase a package of game passes for my daughter’s high school games. It was a ten pack. However, it did not go through. So an about an hour later I tried again timed out. Ok I tried one last time in the parking lot of the game and it went through. I was so happy! Well about two weeks later I checked my account and sure enough I was charged for each on that I thought did not go through. All together it was a couple hundred dollars. There was no place to call or email to get refunded. I am very unhappy. And will never purchase again from this app. Not until there is a place to find a number or email or anything. And don’t say anything about the school because they say they can’t do anything about it. Very unhappy

I would not recommend using this for any sports related school activities. When you have a line of people and they have to enter credit card information I have have to take the heat. Silly app. Do not use it.
A disgusting violation!
Nothing like paying to get held hostage by a sequence of advertisements before I can get tickets to my kids event. The future is here and it’s worse than we could have imagined.

Probably one of the worst ticketing app to use app is not responding or working well just updated the app and not letting me purchase or locate proper school to purchase tickets
Good when it works
This app is in need of an update. Some bugs are running rampant. Screens won’t update or populate with searches. One time I had to use a browser to get tickets from the website, and it took hours for the app to update with my recently purchased tickets.

Overcharge impossible to talk to anyone AWFUL app and ZERO service!
System was down last Thursday. Went to Highschool game gate agent said the app was working again. Attempted to purchase 2 tickets. Page said failed. Tried 3 more times. Each time with failure. Minutes later I received 4 emails with 2 tickets each. 4 cc charges. They overcharged me, don’t have proper payment protocol in place to avoid overcharge when their app is showing broken. No customer service. Called once open at 3pm! Who opens at 3pm. No human available. Leave a message. Here is my message: AWFUL APP AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I’m not going to waste my time waiting for you to fix it. I just told Chase to fix the overcharges. You broke Highschool sports.
