Triple charged me
I was trying to purchase a package of game passes for my daughter’s high school games. It was a ten pack. However, it did not go through. So an about an hour later I tried again timed out. Ok I tried one last time in the parking lot of the game and it went through. I was so happy! Well about two weeks later I checked my account and sure enough I was charged for each on that I thought did not go through. All together it was a couple hundred dollars. There was no place to call or email to get refunded. I am very unhappy. And will never purchase again from this app. Not until there is a place to find a number or email or anything. And don’t say anything about the school because they say they can’t do anything about it. Very unhappy

Good luck trying to find your school and/or an event with the App. Desktop is better. The app is useless.

No Apple Pay??
I would not recommend using this for any sports related school activities. When you have a line of people and they have to enter credit card information I have have to take the heat. Silly app. Do not use it.
A disgusting violation!
Nothing like paying to get held hostage by a sequence of advertisements before I can get tickets to my kids event. The future is here and it’s worse than we could have imagined.

Probably one of the worst ticketing app to use app is not responding or working well just updated the app and not letting me purchase or locate proper school to purchase tickets
Good when it works
This app is in need of an update. Some bugs are running rampant. Screens won’t update or populate with searches. One time I had to use a browser to get tickets from the website, and it took hours for the app to update with my recently purchased tickets.

Overcharge impossible to talk to anyone AWFUL app and ZERO service!
System was down last Thursday. Went to Highschool game gate agent said the app was working again. Attempted to purchase 2 tickets. Page said failed. Tried 3 more times. Each time with failure. Minutes later I received 4 emails with 2 tickets each. 4 cc charges. They overcharged me, don’t have proper payment protocol in place to avoid overcharge when their app is showing broken. No customer service. Called once open at 3pm! Who opens at 3pm. No human available. Leave a message. Here is my message: AWFUL APP AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I’m not going to waste my time waiting for you to fix it. I just told Chase to fix the overcharges. You broke Highschool sports.

Charged for TX performance—I live in CA!
I’m not sure how my credit card number was used to buy tix for a secondary school production in TX, but it didn’t originate with me! I’m in CA. Please delete my account immediately!
Worst Company and App
Accessing your tickets through the app for this company is nearly impossible. Dead end links and customer support is only open for a few hours a day and doesn’t start until 3 PM. Everyone I talk to including the people who have to scan the tickets at the gate, hate this app. Find something else!

Not once has this shown my tickets. I have to show the confirmation email at the gates to prove I paid. This app is garbage and giving it 1 star of very generous
Can’t add to my Apple Wallet
I purchased a ticket on the university athletics app which then took me to Hometown. For some reason I am not able to add my ticket to my Apple wallet. Every attempt I get this extremely long digital look code. I then signed into the Hometown app and it says I have no tickets 😕. I went back to the university app, accessed Hometown from there which showed I was logged in. I clicked the my tickets and I see I have a ticket. I’m now confused if I actually have a ticket. I entered the required profile information on the app which still says I have no tickets. Pretty frustrated since the event I’m attending is Homecoming

Once again this app is garbage
This app never works. It literally will not let you buy tickets without praying to the hometown fan ticketing gods. Once you do, the tickets aren’t in the app. They get sent to your email. I hate that this app exists and it makes the whole experience worse.
