Very cumbersome

What should be an easy task for fans is a nightmare. After they scan the ticket now they have too and add credit card information vs just going with the phone’s information. It takes way too long to purchase a ticket.

Updates have made this app worse!!!

I use this app at the venue I work at. There are a few problems…..
1) why can’t I sell tickets and allow a credit card payment?
2) why do I no longer see total tickets pre-sold? My supervisor and I ALWAYS used to use this feature to see what kind of crowd to expect.
3) why, when I search someone’s ticket by name, does it indicate that the ticket has not been scanned, even if it has already been scanned? Often in this case, when I check them in, it will show that they have already been checked in.
Both this app and the fan version need SERIOUS updates!!!!

Locks up constantly

Gate workers, you’d better have a back up battery! Locks up constantly, slowing down the line.
Two stars because it can detect tickets quickly when it is working properly.

The worst app

I wanted to buy a ticket. It takes me everywhere else except the place I need to go. It was for the freshman high school but he had varsity high school this needs to be self-explanatory and it isn’t. I have never encountered a app that is more worse than ever. So now I have to buy the ticket at the gate because I can’t buy one ticket to go to my grandson’s freshman high school football he has all of them except the freshman

Terrible

Fully charged phone didn’t last barely 2 hours. This app drains your battery. Additionally - cannot log on into some phones so parents weren’t able to help check in folks.

Better bring a backup battery

If you are using this app for your group, association, school, etc. you better have battery chargers on hand. This app drains your battery so fast! It may be okay for a smaller event that doesn’t have a constant line because you can close the app during slow periods. However, if you are working an event that has a continuous line for a longer period of time, you are going to drain your battery FAST using this app. The app also locks up a lot! Not good ever, but when you are trying to move people through the gate fast and efficiently, especially when you have long lines, it really slows the lines down. No one is happy when the line isn’t moving. One feature on this app that I do like better than the My Events app that we used last year is the ability to scan multiple tickets on one phone fast, which is a greater benefit to the ticket holder than the person scanning. However, it does help move the line along a bit but not enough to offset all the times the app locks up and slow the lines down. I also like that it scans from a foot or more away. That make folks a lot more comfortable since I don’t need to be right in their face to scan their tickets.
