Absolutely totally useless now after the recent updates.
It is trying to force me into putting in all the settings I put in many years ago when I first bought the washing machine a Bego Smart Washing machine that has now become dump. Due to these latest updates. I would now give the app 0 stars if it would let me. Such dodgy updates customers should stay well clear of this app until this is sorted out. Trying to find the full information it requests from many years a go is extremely difficult about the washer serial number, product code is practically no viable. Expecting customers to keep these details for many years is absolutely ridiculous. Once set up that should be the end of it. I look very forward to deleting this not fit for purpose app. I will never use the app again or buy another Beco smart washing machine. This app now lets the washer down so much. I will be deleting the app today off all my devices. I will go back to using the washing machine manually.

Won't connect
Rubbish remote control option. Washing machine is set up on wifi. Ready to remote control. App cant negotiate or see the remote control is on. Restarts dont help

Had our washing machine 3 years and the app has never worked. Furthest we have got is the machine showing on the app but no control. Waste of time and effort
Accessibility is rubbish
I am blind and use a screen reader on my iPhone. The reason I wanted a smart washing machine is because I cannot see the dial and buttons on the physical display so an app sounded like a good idea however HomeWhiz is really bad when it comes to accessibility for people with site loss, lots of the buttons are un labelled and in responsive to VoiceOver gestures. This is not just HomeWhiz many apps are like this developers really need to lift their game.

Pretty rubbish
Never seems to connect via Bluetooth even when Iโm stood right in front of my washing machine. Constantly having to remove device & reconnect as it can never find it.
Works fine when I am connected sure but it shouldnโt be so difficult just to connect it to the app.
