Design, Simple et efficace
Je suis passé de home assistant à homey. J’ai un homey self server et je suis vraiment pas déçu ! Simple d’utilisation pour les appareils. Large compatibilité, et le système de flux et de script permet de faire sensiblement la même chose que home assistant. Les Dashboard sont moins personnalisable mais quand même bien fait.

Appears to be stable for anything that isn’t Matter.
UNBELIEVABLY Bad
I am astounded by how bad this app is. EVERYTHING I have tried has gone wrong.
First, setup: as far as I can tell, it completely fails if your WiFi supports any frequencies other than 2.4GHz, with NO indication of this anywhere.
Second, adding Z-Wave devices: the process is TOTALLY BROKEN, requiring MULTIPLE pairing attempts for EVERY device.
Third, Matter Bridge: I installed it, but it refuses to show up in settings. It won't let me install it again, but it's just NOT THERE.

Mostly ups then downs, Homey’s the best.
9 years ago I’ve got my first Homey. Ever since, I’ve given up on it at least 3 times. However, at last Homey has become a well polished home automation hub, highly recommended.
Smart and simple
Been trying to build a home automation with Apple, then Home Bridge then Home Assistant. Homey Pro is finding everything so far, and the flows are sweet.

Leider bleibt die App immer wieder mal hängen und ist blockiert. Dauert ein paar Sekunden und dann geht es wieder alles. Etwas lästig…

Deceptive anti consumer
Self hosted as an industry standard means that for the cost of providing your own hardware, you get a functional but largely unsupported version of the product unless you pay for support and value added features. Not for Homey. If you don’t pay for a subscription, you lose access to all features and all devices over the hilariously low 5 they allow. Oh, and they don’t bother to tell you about any of this until AFTER you’ve taken the time and made the effort to install their product, which is inferior to Home Assistant btw. Go use that if you want an actually good product.

No tech support
Equipment sent frozen and hangs like all cheap equipment with no technical support but plenty of e-mails to submit 1. Product cannot be returned they have a foreign telephone number(s).
Easy like apple home but better
Just switch to this. It’s the ease of use of HomeKit with the advanced features of home assistant

Parts of this device is great and some no so great, presence detection works when it wants to and not having an hive app is big issue with me yes I should of checked before hand, but it worked before but they seem to of stopped it. Bute it’s nice having a easy setup and automation flow unlike HA. Definitely research that it covers all your devices before hands

Суппорт не помогает. Ответы LLM - Рекомендует только переустановить устройство. Но это приводит к той же самый проблеме через примерно неделю. Зачем такой суппорт нужен вообще непонятно.
It’s ok nothing special
Had my homey for about two months.
My biggest complaint is custom dashboards which do not show up on the main dashboard display. I’ve made four custom dashboards but when I try and display them, spent I do not have any.
Eufy cameras don’t work, eufy doorbells do not work and show no video.
UniFi protect cameras work occasionally.
The homey device and app is trying to be home assistant, making it easier to configure smart devices on your home. But it has a long way to go before challenging home assistant in my opinion

Homebridge ersetzt
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App! Die Funktionalität ist hervorragend… ich konnte meine bisherige Lösung mit Homebridge problemlos ersetzen und alle Geräte ohne Schwierigkeiten integrieren. Alles lief reibungslos und deutlich einfacher als erwartet. Auch das Design ist top… modern, übersichtlich und intuitiv. Klare Empfehlung!

Frustrated user
I ordered this device because it could handle 433mhz with the homey bridge. Then I spoke to customer service and was told that 433mhz has been disabled in my region. So I cancelled both ordered. The. The chat person said you may be able to connect your 433mhz bridge as it will and can do the sending of the signal. I was under the impression that maybe there was a way to connect my hub to this device, Amazon didn’t cancel one of the orders and this device doesn’t do as I needed it to do.

It’s nice and works 99% of the time. Great automation, and I love the advanced flow (even though it’s only on the web interface.) I did the Homey Self Hosted Server on my old laptop that has 8 gigabytes of RAM, because there is no way I’m paying $400 for 2 gigabytes of RAM. Still, I had to pay $150 for my server to work. This app is pricey, but you are getting a very premium and easy to use interface. I’m glad I don’t have to pay for any subscriptions for cloud access, like Home Assistant. Overall, very good app.

Still no way to see temperatures in celsius in the US. Seems the app dictates the units used due to location instead of asking or using the phones preferred units. Submitted as an issue a while back.
