This is worst application I saw in apple store these days. When I saw low ratting before installation I thought its ok, but after started using its not ok. I tried multiple times to login my home loan account with user id and valid password never let me in. Same worked when tried with chrome on laptop. Such a successful organization, why does it not consider fixing issues and provide proper service to customers. Today’s world everything is on mobile apps you need to be compete too.

They are maintained by govt, so these idiots don’t reply, don’t pick the calls, pathetic online services, once loan taken from them, they don’t provide any online options to make principal payments and make you pay until end of tenure. If ROI is increased they update your loan to get more money and if the ROI is reduced these beggars need money to change ROI and visit branch or contact online when they are working. My biggest mistake in life is getting loan from them. I never seen any other worst service example then LICHFL in India or overseas except reliance telecom. I wish govt should make them private so these lazy idiots will learn how to work for people. I curse these people to take loan from lichfl and enjoy the service.

Every time same update can't see any further update, even no online payment option but still LIC is the biggest firm with thousands of customers and services is very poor.

Please add online principal payment option World is suffering from lock down but you are forcing to meet with agents/ demand draft / walk to your branches to pay checks or cash

No option to pay home loan premium
This app is mostly for the agents. To make their life easy and get more business. No option anywhere to pay home loan online. They don’t want us to close the loan early and keep paying interest.
Does not support international phone numbers
If your phone number is not from india, you cannot even get beyond the first screen.
