من اسوء الشركات اللي تعاملت معاهم
طلبت سرير له شهر ماوصل واخر شي ارسلوا لي تم الغاء طلبك شركة سيئة في التعامل والمواعيد لا انصح بذلك ابدا ومنزلين لي كوبون ٧٠٠ جنيه في التطبيق وش ابغى فيها في التطبيق هذا اذا عاد طلبت منكم مره ثانيه تجربه لاتستحق التكرار

They have very bad quality and customer service, products look very cheap and everything is messy.
I have received wrong items after 15 days of delivery time and the right item were in very bad quality and shape that i had to return

التطبيق جدا سيء تختار منتج متوفر في المخزون وتدفع ثمنه الباهظ الثمن وتعمل تتبع للطلب تكتشف ان الطلب تم الغاءه وغير متوفر والمبلغ يرجع لك بعد 14 يوم ،، يعني بالمختصر يحجز لك اموالك عندهم وانت محتاجها

Worst shopping experience (fraud app and website)
I placed an order for my bed and it has been post one month from the expected delivery date but so far I have not received anything. Whenever I talk to customer service they give me a delivery date and it never arrives. You can’t rely on them. They are the worst - don’t buy anything from them and save yourself headache.
Update: after 7 promised dates, I never received my order and wish me good luck in recovering my money from these people. Homzmart is a fraud - don’t buy anything from them.

Worst quality and worst customer service اسواء شركه
I ordered a table it came with bad paint and it was broken. They refused to replace the table or refund the money. اسواء شركه طلبت طاوله وصلت متاخر بلون مختلف و رشه رديئه و مكسوره الشركه رفضت تبدل الطاولة او ترجع لي المبلغ.

My nephew made a order for a desk
2022 of April and it came may 2.
The box was so damaged and the desk it’s self was a different
Color other then the one we wanted,
She was heartbroken because the desk was badly damaged
And a leg was missing. I tried contacting the app but they
Didn’t answer and I was left with wasted money and my nephew sad.
I also ordered this with my money. 😑😕

Scamming people
They provide wrong information,, wrong website description, defaulted products and then refuse to return. The worst service I ever seen

This is app is a huge scam i would not recommend it to anyone they take forever to deliver ur order after maybe a 3 weeks or sometimes could take a month or more like in my case .. items arrive either broken or missing a piece … i paid for delivering and the price was including the technician to install the furniture but guess what in each and every piece of furniture it will requires u the whole week communicating with customer care to sort it out and bring a technician… technician will come within 2 working days then within 5 working days then within a week till u end up getting ur own technician and pay for it more it’s really a very bad app

الصوره الي مستخدمها البائع ماهي شغله سارقها من النت من موقع آخر والاسرة الي وصلتني لاتشبه الصوره في التنفيذ القماش مقطع غير متساوي ومدبس بدبابيس عند رأس السرير ابدا ماهو شغل محترف واتواصلت مع همومز مارت بيقولوا اهم شي وصل كتيب التركيب طبعا لايوجد كتيب ولا مسامير وانا جبت فني للتركيب السرير لكن طلع السرير كل قطعه لوحدها مجرد تحطهم جنب بعض ماهو مثل الصوره المعروضه وتوجد عيب اخرام في راس السرير وقيمت السرير في تطبيق هومز مارت بالصور عشان احذر الناس من الموقع الفاشل لكنهم حاجبين تقييمي ، السرير بيج ورجوله خشب واسم البائع modern matterss
