Worst application service
I placed a order of some bowls and figurines, the bowl which i received was broken . I lodged a complaint and waited for 48 hours but no response from them nor they bother to contact you. Second thing figurine was stuck for pickup at starting point and delivery date crossed still customer team dont bother to track that and its stuck and though after multiple complaint no one checks that and get back. Horrible service from online portal i must say. Think 100 times before placing order from their application else you can get stuck in loop where you will not get any help

Worst place to buy anything
If I have an option I would give 0 rating worst experience no tracking no delivery message and if the parts are missing they that more than 1 week for a screw and total they take months to fix a shoe rack still I’m not sure if it will be fix , and there is no return/exchange option in app , only till payment it gives realtime data after that they don’t care ,worst customer care Center experience I have been continuously raising complaint for each step as there is no communication ,and when you call the customer care the lady is laughing at my situation and zero resolution please don’t buy and make a mistake like me

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
Never ever buy any kind of furniture from home centre online, firstly placing order was an issue and then when it got ordered, the delivery date was after 12 days and then when I called them on the delivery day they told me it will take more 12 days? After me calling them they are saying they will take more 10-12 days for a bed to get delivered. Like are you guys kidding me??? And all the Customer service is saying is that they are sorry and cannot do anything about it!! I am calling the customer service team to them saying sorry???
And since before placing the order I have been in contact with them through call & email and still they couldn’t tell me about the delay beforehand.
Now they won’t even give me my refund on time that’s for sure. But WTH man, this is not fair and especially from a brand like home centre. Not expected.

Worst service - didn’t receive product even after 2 weeks
I have had the worst experience purchasing a furniture. I placed order on 13th Oct selecting delivery date of 17th Oct. They changed the delivery date to 24th Oct without even informing me. I was okay with it since it was just a week away. Now the delivery date is changed to 1st Nov again without informing me or giving me any reason why there’s delay. Contacting thru their customer care also didn’t help. When I ask to cancel, now they say they will only refund product amount and then i hv to email them after a week again to get the shipping amount refunded. They have not even shipped the product, so i don’t understand why i have to keep contacting them. Worst experience. I won’t place any order from home center app any more.

WORST SERVICE
I ordered a dining table from Homecentre on 7th October 2025, with delivery promised on 14th October. Since then, it has been nothing but disappointment.
First, the delivery date was postponed to 21st October, with zero communication from Homecentre. On 21st October, it was delayed yet again to 4th November, and still no update or explanation.
The order shows as “packed” since 11th October, which means I cannot even cancel it. I called customer care multiple times and all I heard was “sorry” and excuses. Only after repeatedly insisting did they register a complaint ticket. The next day when I followed up, they again had no proper reason and kept apologizing without any solution.
Worst service ever. Totally unprofessional.
