No action from the team after sending wrong product
I have used baby-shop for the purchase and I found it really good with the quality of the product.
Recently I made a purchase for my infant boy and what I received was completely different clothing- toddler girls. 17th April, Same day I have initiated return, but item was not picked for 10’days and then I followed up with mail and call on 27th April. Call has unusual waiting time and doesn’t get picked up. After lot of calls, it got picked up then they promised to give a return call after looking into issue. Today its 4th May and I haven’t heard back on call. In mail they have mentioned to get back after stipulated time and nothing after that.
Please initiate pick up of the product. If you don’t work want your product back, request you to reimburse the amount to source bank account. I don’t want to commit another cycle of purchase and return loop
