Stuck on red
Worked well for a few months then it got stuck on red and won’t reset to work properly. I tried everything and still stuck on red! Very disappointed...my house looks like a bordello! I would have given it 1 star but it did work well for a few weeks!
Works great when in range MB
For starters, if you need a password, it’s in the paper manual you get with the lights. As far as I can tell, they’re all set to a default “1234”. The app is very responsive and easy to use. I’m happy with it.
The problem: the Bluetooth range of the actual light is too small. You have to be within 5 feet of the lights in order to use the app. But that’s not the apps fault.

Useless!
App hasn’t even mentioned a password and won’t discover the lights. I can usually muddle my way through and figure it out but this thing is absolutely useless. I assume when they say device they are referring to my phone, which is discoverable and has no issues connecting to anything else. The lights are wired properly and work on the switch but I purchased these because of the Bluetooth capabilities. Of course they customer service line is closed. I’ll try to call tomorrow and get it figured out and will change my review should they get it corrected. Otherwise, don’t bother if you want these fixtures for the color changing options.

Strange iPhone Password request
Works ok on android but demands password when I try to use the app on the iPhone. How do I get, install, or manage the password issue in my iPhone?
Confusing...
This is so dumbed down that it’s hard to understand… Kind of like ikea instructions.
And every time I open the app it gives me a tutorial and I can’t find anyway to bypass it.
