Bluetooth disconnection problems
Ok so my 1st problems with the led lights are is that they failed to respond to the password I had made when it was 1234 which said on the a different review and now they cannot connect to the app I tried unplugging the lights and reinstalling the app and no, the lights still do not work. And also these lights are not from the United States so I think I can see the problem. The 2nd problem is that the lights would randomly turn off during the day which kind of freaked me out even though having the password as 1234.

Don’t spend ur money
The other person who wrote the review correct. The app does not work. Send them back!! In fact, do not order them at all.
Strand of 10 lights
Has anyone ever fixed the issue with these lights? I purchased a couple strands last year and they worked fine. This year I’m having the same issue as every comment I have read in the reviews. Lights can not be controlled, they flash all different colors, timer cannot be set and the scene selections don’t work. From the sounds of it customer service won’t help either. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have thrown out the instruction manual. They do sync with my iPhone through Bluetooth. On the plug there is a button which if my memory serves me correct I hold down to sync to my phone. However someone mention if the sensor senses light the app does not work.

Like a typical teenager
Purchased these lights about a year ago. Worked great for a month, and then they started doing whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted. Lights will not listen to the app telling them what to do. They do turn on, but flash whatever color pattern they like, and you can’t control it or turn it off unless you unplug them from the power source. Customer service basically told me “too bad, so sad”. Waste of money

Westinghouse outdoor lights
I Had the same experience as the previous review. Could only get one light out of all the combination of lights to come on. It looks like a complete waste of time and money
