Won’t unlock remotely
It’s easy to set up. But it will not unlock remotely. I have tried uninstalling and redownloading and everything else. Won’t work on any other phone either.

Terrible app doesn’t let you make a permanent code.
Not sure if the app actually gets updated or not but I can’t tap on the permanent setting at all. Its like they just completely forgot to program a function there.
No updates on over a year and it is not connecting to networks.
Resetting the phone, Wi-Fi, data, and the lock have not fixed this issue.
Admin Passcode Fails
I’m trying to setup my admin passcode, but it won’t accept any number. I keep getting a generic error message “unknown username or bad password”. The error message isn’t relevant or helpful.
Extremely bad app and get big trouble after you transfer mobile phone
I have used this app for more than 1 year and did not get the trouble until changing my phone (my old phone failed). It is understandable that the app requested me to verify my login via SMS key after I input my credit - username and password correctly. However the SMS one time key never worked (my mobile phone worked, I tested the SMS). The alternative email verification - “operation failed”. Additionally, the system prevented me applying the new account unless I get a new mobile number. How desperate it is and I am locked out!

Can’t even register to get started.
How was this app even released? Can’t even get through registration. So I imagine the rest of the app and it’s functionality is garbage too. Installed the lock then went to register the app. What waste of my time and money.

Will not acknowledge my phone number
The whole reason I got this lock was to be able to have keyless entry and track my kids. I can’t even get past the first set up page since it won’t acknowledge my phone number. My husband tried also and it wouldn’t recognize his number either. 👎
Almost spot on
Would be nice to be able to set each users own pin rather than being generated. Also a setting to auto lock it at a set time like at night to make sure it is locked. Also Apple Watch lock and unlock would be awesome
Works well but would be better with watch app
Like the device and the fact you can use your phone to get into our place but a watch app for Apple Watch would make it perfect
