it is really a shame that a so called a HK Airline representing
Hong Kong could allow such a horrible app. It always says my ticket number/ref no. is invalid and could never retrieve my flight. No QA/QC done on this app. Information required to be filled is not consistent across both app and website. Simply a mess!!!

No booking information is given even the booking has been confirmed. The worst app of flight company I encountered.
Horrendously bad
In general, awful design, certain IMPORTANT parts are only in Chinese. And it doesn’t even show the full itinerary when you add a trip.

Chinese only?
Downloaded app hoping to support purchase of flight LAX to HK. Opened app - everything’s in Chinese (which I have no knowledge of) no obvious way to toggle to English, yet the download page climes the primary language to be EN. What am I missing?

The worse app I had used ever.
Worst airline app
The app is terrible and it doesn’t have my booking details even after I logged in. I recently purchased tickets for my entire family and I had to retrieve each booking by entering the full name of the passenger and the respective ticket number. This means I had to do this separately and individually during online check-in for everyone going on the trip. The website is pretty similar and I couldn’t find all the details of the tickets I purchased. This is especially painful during online check-in as I wasn’t able to complete the process via the app. Can I give it a zero star?

Poorly designed UI, unfriendly checkin and ticket purchasing, stuck on several screens for a long time. Wouldn’t recommend.
