The least intuitive app I’ve ever seen
So hard to find things, general information, etc… I had to go to google to find what I wanted
Not friendly
Not easy to use app. Very different from the other Disney park apps. This is the 4th park I have been to in a year. California, Florida, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. The entry is terrible, and the app is not as functional.

Bad manners everywhere, from hotels staff to park crew. Really dissapointed in a place like this.
Unfriendly Experience for Mainland Chinese Visitors
I am extremely disappointed with the Hong Kong Disneyland App.
I cannot make any purchases in-app and am always redirected to a webpage with no convenient mainland payment methods supported.
In addition, the attraction information and updates are extremely slow.
This is very unfriendly to mainland Chinese users. Please improve payment functions and update speed as soon as possible.

Expensive every thing is extra charge
Poor food, limited disney pass options, limited promotions for senior. Too many attractions not working. Poor quality expensive food. Luggage storage a rip off

Frequent errors, has to restart, cannot find purchases - go to ocean park instead
Sluggish app..irritating
App just does not work well and keeps showing unnecessary pop-ups

Whoever built this app clearly stole the money from Disney.
アトラクション待ち時間の見方
香港ディズニーランドのアプリは上海ディズニーランドのアプリと違って日本語があってとても良いが、アトラクションの待ち時間の見方をいちいちズームして見ないといけないのが少し面倒くさい。東京ディズニーランドや上海ディズニーのアプリのように縦に1列で見れるようにしてほしい。

訪問のため公式ホテルの予約とパークチケットの予約を同時にしましたが、ホテルの予約はメールでもアプリ内でも確認出来ましたが、チケットの予約はメールでもアプリ内でも確認できていません。
探し方、確認の仕方がいまいち分からない。
まだ時間があるので色々検索してみますが、次回からは同時に決済するのはやめます。
