Worst app

It takes a lot of time to open, or sometimes dont open at all. Sometimes it just shows some computer coding on screen.

Hong kitchen management should seriously look at theit app development

Very Bad Service App

The App crashes when you try to search something, every time k types Egg it crashed, the Oder showed dispatched 30 mins ago but delivery guy said order was given to him after 25 mins after it was marked dispatched.

Please update your apps it’s crashing even before we search any item in the app

Seriously kindly update your app guys , We love your food but the app is making the user experience very bad and frustrating !

No SOP for blocked order

I ordered at 8 PM . Checked with store at 8.40 and were informed that they don’t have my order and I need to speak to centralise no. When I spoke to centralise number, they only informed me that my order is blocked. I requested them to cancel my order as store haven’t recd the order. I was informed as a protocol, they have to call store and cancel. They were to come back with the status . They never did and I have call back again the centralise number . To my surprise , they told me that my order is accepted at 9 PM. I again requested them to cancel the order and refund my money. But there is no confirmation about the cancellation of order or refund of money.

You better order more than 500 Rs otherwise they will keep you waiting. Better look for swiggy.

I waited for an hour but still didn't get it and I had to cancel it. Customer service is pathetic no emotion at all. Do something

Ordered 1st time from Hong’s kitchen

I ordered chilli panner,street style chow mein and manchurian.
In manchurian the soya sauce was too much street style chow mein and chilli panner was good but chilli panner quantity was less chilli panner was not worth the price.
otherwise it’s good!

A quality food chain to enjoy, some dishes are ok but at least a good option available across delhi ncr when craving for chinese 😊👌

Good and fast experience

ordered veg manchurian meal bowl.

the delivery was fast and easily tracked order on app.

What’s really catches my eye that i was tracking order from app and after sometime when phone was not near me. I logged into the website and also able to track order there.
