The individuals who developed this app were almost certainly inflicted with some sort of brain eating amoeba. As an individual who had used many parking apps, this is the bottom feeder of parking apps. Why do you need to request my location if there are parking zones? I clicked that the app could not use my location ever. Next thing i know it says i’m 15km from the zone i selected. Now i’m no genius, but that means you’re using my location after I said not to. And i’m also required to make an account at some point? No guest checkout? This doesn’t even need to be an app. You can just have a QR code take you to a website. In the day and age where AI can make this exact app but 5x better this is pathetic. I was going to say i’d like to try whatever these developers were smoking but i’m afraid it would provide me with a moderate cognitive health disorder.

Total rip off
I wanted to extend for a couple of hours to eat at nearby restaurant but the only option was the $20 till 4 AM OPTION. I already made the reservation so I ended up paying the $ 20. In in total parking here cost me over $40 for 8 hrs of parking.

Bad app and bad customer experience
App show here is parking lot but it never exist and when I complain customer care directed to me somewhere else .. this app is not reliable
Recent Updates Make Experience Worse
Recent updates to the app worsen the overall experience by adding more options that are not clearly described some of which are turned on by default. This is borderline malicious design. Please remove options that complicate the experience, clean up the UI, and turn off anything that is not part of the primary function of paying for parking by default. Options should always be opt-in, not-opt out.

Make live notifications on iOS
Similar to ParkMobile, make notifications live on lock screen for easier check for the remaining time. Also send another notification then time is expired. And make Apple Watch app.

No notification that parking was expiring. Yes - I have notifications turned on.
Honk App Untrustworthy
I got a ticket because honk app would not expend my parking. I tried to start a new session but still wouldn't allow the charge to go through. I tried three times while in a meeting and nothing went through. Going back to prove I tried to pay, but the denied charges did not even get registered on my wallet app or in the app to prove the failure of the app. Completely unacceptable and untrustworthy.
