Matchmaking is horrible, they pair you with the most incompetent players then expect you to beat people with opponents that clearly have experience.
Almost like they wish to feed highlight reels for their professional gamers so they can keep the marketing up.
Honestly LoL and various other MOBA games beat this one strictly because of the matchmaking.

This game has terrible matchmaking always giving me bots or the opponents are too OP, give me teammate more on my level, the game if fun overall but fix the matchmaking situations.

Played several games so far. None of the games was matched to human being. All bots. Looks like a dead game.

This game should be renamed “Honor of Bots.”
Almost every match has 2–3 AI teammates or opponents. Whether you win or lose feels like it depends entirely on how strong the bots are, not on player skill. Solo queue and duo queue are no different—the matchmaking seems to use bots to control your win rate.
Real players are becoming rare, and the matches feel more like single-player games than real competitive MOBA matches.
If you’re looking for genuine PvP and fair matchmaking, I’d skip this game.

Keep giving bots as teammate. Loong never used ultimate skill in the entire game, went out to report, and game said did not detect violation. Also I am the juggler and our Lixin was right next to me, hiding in the bush, the opponent juggler came and tried to steal my dragon, but I still have my skills, and he could just join so we are two against one and easy win, but no, he just watched. Also we had a team fight and Lixin was right there and all the opponents were close to death but he just watched our farm lane die. Both these players were unable to be reported. When I tried to click the player report review, the game just crashes, so when I tried to report the players again, this game doesn’t let me, says because I already reported once. This game crash happened all these times, so four times. The third time, farm lane doesn’t use ultimate, always green color. The fourth time, player was clash lane Dun and he always go to enemy base by himself against all five opponents, and die. Of course our team fight always lose. And the game crashed all four times even before I can make a report. This is not coincidence anymore. This game doesn’t even let you report their unfair game environment. They match you with people who don’t know how to use hero skills when it is a ranking match for master level. Can’t believe players don’t even know the hero skills at master level. Higher rank? Even more ridiculous. Can safely assume these are bots. They also use ELO system to manipulate your win rate. Deserve thousands of one star reviews. This review comes from a more than 650 days player.

Terrible matchmaking
I’ve never played a game with matchmaking this bad. It honestly feels like the developers are willing to do anything just to keep players online longer. The moment you go on a win streak or your rating gets a little too high, the quality of your teammates suddenly falls off a cliff. It feels like the system is deliberately trying to slow your progress and force you to play more matches.
Sometimes I genuinely wonder if everyone on my team except me is a bot. They never land their abilities, never show
up for team fights, have zero map awareness, and don’t respond to chat at all. It feels like I’m playing with AI instead of real teammates.
Losing isn’t even the biggest problem anymore. The worst part is the constant feeling that the matchmaking system is manipulating the outcome of games instead of creating fair and competitive matches. If this is how player retention is being increased, it’s doing the exact opposite—it just makes people want to quit.
Sometimes I genuinely wonder if everyone on my team except me is a bot. They never land their abilities, never show

I am writing to express my frustration with the current Matchmaking and Role Assignment system.
Recently, I queued up after winning a match with an MVP performance using my main Hero (which is at Adept Level). However, for the next 3 consecutive matches, the system continuously gave my primary choice (Farm Lane) to random teammates who were playing Beginner Level heroes. Instead, I was forced into my secondary choice (Clash Lane).
Why does the system prioritize an inexperienced Beginner over an Adept player for a key role? This is completely unfair and ruins the competitive balance. It feels like the system is forcing a "Loser Queue" on skilled solo players by making us carry teammates who don't even know their heroes.
Please fix this role-assignment logic. High-level hero mastery and recent performance should be taken into account when dividing lanes in high ranks like Master.

The matchmaking mechanism is illogical. When you're on a winning streak, the game will match you with teammates who I don't know if they have brains or are just bots, not to mention encountering teammates from the previous match even after reporting them. This demonstrates the game's deceitful nature; players have to bear the consequences whether they like it or not, leading to a frustrating and unenjoyable experience in the long run. Is this really a 5v5 game or a 1v9 game? This method only pushes players away and attracts short-term, disloyal players. So please, if you have any brains, fix the matchmaking mechanism so we can have a better experience.
